Absolutely loved this house. Beds were amazing in house B were so comfortable and would love to know what kind they are so that I can have it in my home. Would love to rent again for our family reunion.

In the most part the home was good. We had an issue with the pool and after a call to the property management company it was partially resolved. There was a rain storm and the roof leaked.

My large family stayed here after Christmas and with all the chaos that goes into the holidays this was a perfect getaway! Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in back yard with the pool was excellent. Close to beach. Plenty options of activities and shopping near by. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spaces were exactly what we needed for our large group. Pool and hot tub were great and used constantly. Access to the beach was handy and the Blackbeards restaurant was a place for good food and right across the road. Best Dollar store 1 block away. Would stay here again.Very happy with SPI rental companhy.

Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a little hiccup checking in, but office was very helpful. A few minor plumbing issues that the management was informed of and helpful. Rooms in complex A are extremely hot at night, so be sure to bring a fan. There were 5 families and there was more than enough room. Complex C was used the most by everyone, as it was closest to the pool and had the biggest table for everyone to gather and eat. Very close to the beach, less than a 10 min walk. Everyone had a really good time. Would definitely look into this property again.

We have a big family so this house is perfect for us. It's the only guaranteed time we have all the kids and grandkids together for 3-1/2 days. SPI Rentals is always very efficient when we have anything that needs to be addressed. Thanks SPI Rentals for taking care of us!

We had a large group attending an event and this was a perfect size for our team! We were able to accommodate all the houses with food & water in their own kitchens. The maintance man was on point and came out to assist us with whatever we needed which was awesome! Perfect location to walk to the beach, the store and restaurants.

we had a group of 24 and we loved the house the heated pool and hot tub! the location was awesome- we walked 5 min 1 way to the beach to watch the sun rise and 3 min the other way to watch the sun set. would def book again-Thank you!!

I booked this house for my daughter's wedding party so everyone had their own space to get ready and so that we could have a small reception afterwards. We had about 25 people and this space was perfect for us! The 3 separate units allowed the bride and groom to get ready privately and we had the 3rd one for the younger kids and teenagers. After the wedding we set up some tables and chairs under the covered patio by the pool for the reception. It was a beautiful way for our friends and family to celebrate and we could not have found a better house for the occasion! Highly recommend!

Truly had an wonderful experience staying here! The beach was within walking distance and we loved the pool! The location is perfect, its close to restaurants and other shops so you don't really need to drive around much unless you want to. The house was very nice with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Perfect for larger families like ours. The house was very clean and well maintained. We could not figure out one of the TV controls and SPI Rentals sent someone over to help us right away. They were very accommodating and everyone that we spoke to or met with was so friendly. I highly recommend this house and hope we can get back to the island again next year. We will definitely want to rent again! Thank you, The Irving Family

I booked this property for a fishing trip with some buddies of mine and we had a great time. The house is very large so there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We wanted to avoid small hotels & condos, and wanted to be able to come back from the boat and have a nice place to hang out. We were able to barbecue and hang out by the pool after a long day so everyone had a nice time. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at the house on Esperanza and we had such a great time! The property was very very large and probably too much space for the two of us, but we really wanted a house with a private pool and this house caught our eye. IT WAS BEAUTIFU! Completely exceeded our expectations. Very pristine clean and we loved that the kitchens are completely stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. We were able to have a nice home cooked meal with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy in the backyard and being able to relax in the pool and hot tub! The weather was perfect for lounging outside and we did that most of the day. Exactly the R&R we needed! The location was great, just a minute from the beach! And we were able to walk to a few restaurants/stores in the area which was great. We highly recommend this house and are so happy we rented with SPI Rentals! Their staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had prior to booking and kept in communication throughout our stay. We were really impressed with the service and already have another stay booked for December. We can't wait! Thank you again!

We stayed at 111 Esperanza for a quick getaway to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was huge and was very clean! We loved the decor and the amenities. We were very comfortable with our large group. We had two separate families so it was very nice that we could split up into the two Villas and have our own living rooms and kitchens. We loved all hanging out in the backyard with the heated pool and hot tub and being just a block away from the beach. It was super easy to load the kids into a few wagons with our beach gear and be down at the water within just a few minutes! I highly recommend this beautiful property and will definitely be back again in spring when we get a break from work/school. Thank you again SPI Rentals!

SPI was quick to respond to any issues we had & were always helpful and friendly! We appreciated that alot! it was in a great location and perfect for our family dynamics with the separate villas! The dishes were just bits and pieces and just a few towels.... if use paper goods and bring a few towels and it's perfect! We will book again!

We have a tradition traveling every year for the last 7 years. never had this kind of a health risk Situations. when i arrived to the house and open the downstairs door, the smell of the house was extremely bad i called in to renter and mentioned the condition they said we will send the cleaning worker but they couldn’t do any thing the pad part is the knew it has that problem but they didn't care. the house has a mold issue that is not going to be fix by simple cleaning i ask them to transfer me to a different house they couldn't we were 32 people so we have to abandoned The downstairs and moved up stairs the smell is still up stairs too but not as bad as downstairs i called vrbo and that also was a worst experience they never believe me and sided with the renter The first two days i was on the phone every time i called i had to be on the phone And been told to hold for 2 hours and hung up on me. the renter agreed to refund me 30% of what I paid That doesn’t include the service charge i paid. also bought insurance if in case something happened but that also never help me. if you ever see this house please don't rent it i called the city of south padre health inspector they said we will check it out i don’t know if they did or not. The house should not be posted for renters at all no one will hear you when you are in need of help in a place you don't know anyone. I am still asking vrbo to do more for their clinet when they face a problems. and i will let you all know in a social media what the result be after they respond for what i ask. I will continue to share this house in many social medial for the people who are planning to travel to south padre not to rent this property every thing in house is very old sticky and all tables and chairs leg are broken in seven years time this is the worst house ever we face hope this would be the last.

Was not as clean as it could have been and there were several things broken when we got there, as well as ants in the kitchen. Landlord was very responsive. The headboard that was attached to the wall fell in the middle of the night and scared us half to death, the bed frame that is made of wood has gaps and cracks, the commode ran and needs repair, a towel holder was laying across the sink when we arrived. For the price that we paid, more towels and better linens could have been provided. The cream colored sofa is horrible and smells. This property really needs some work,

This place was lovely! Spacious, sunny, colorful, and full of options for socializing and sleeping. Our family had a wonderful stay.

I think the house was as it was portrayed. Except for the washer and dryer were hidden away and we could not access them because the door was locked. So we called someone and they opened it. Also in the smaller house there were not really any pots and pans, but that was ok, we just borrowed from the other side. I wish the pool was working. Otherwise was great and nice and cute. I wanted to say one thing about the check in process. I called the day before and asked if there was early check in. The guy said that the garanteed time was 4pm (which is later than most) I asked if we got there early how we would find out, he said to come to the office when we got there and check in and they'd let me know. I got there at 2pm went tot he office and asked the front desk guy when we could check in. He kept giving me the same answer which didn't answer my question. I would ask when, or if he had and idea. He just kept saying that they will text when they know. I asked if he could get any sort of idea. He wouldn't say yes or no, he wouldn't say it would be 4. He just kept saying I'd get a text. It was just super annoying I guess. We went and messed around on the island for a bit and then I called 1 hours later I talked to a nice man who called someone else and said that it should be about 20 mins. OK now I had an idea. So I went to the office around 20 mins later and walk in and they guy said, "did you get a text?" I said no I talked to someone, he said there is no way to know when you can check in without a text. I said can you get me an idea? He said wait for the text. So, I got that he was pissed at me and so left and didn't come back till 4, then waited in line for him to hand me the keys, I guarantee NOTHING changed from 3:30 pm to 4pm and he coulda made a call and got me in our house. But I can't complain too much as the check in time is guaranteed at 4 only...right?
