We really enjoyed this place, clean,3 min. walking to the beach. this is the 2nd time staying there, ... only we would like the check in /check out maybe consired change a little.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Less than three minutes walk to the beach. The accommodations were great for our family of six. The only con is that the street in front of the condo backs up and makes it difficult to get in during high traffic hours, but it was a minor inconvenience. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit South Padre!

My husband and I loved this stay with our kids, 11 and 8. Spacious, clean, well-stocked! Quick walk to beach access #1, near CVS and restaurants! Thankful for in-unit laundry!

This is an immaculately clean, comfortable condo in a convenient location. It's a three minute walk to the beach, half a block to Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance of several awesome food trucks. The CVS next door has a food, beer & wine section, so that's super-handy, too. The condo is also on the free bus line. We had a car, so were able to get all over with no trouble, but this location provides a lot of flexibility and access. The master bedroom was en suite and restful, and the kitchen had all that we needed for cooking. I would totally stay here again if returning to SPI.

The only negative thing I would say is the wooden stairs up to the condominium. Because of my age and knee issues I had to be extremely careful going up & down.
Otherwise it was a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room & lots of pretty beach decorations. Very pleasant.

The condo was nice ! Tv was hard to control no information sheets . KEPT GOING OFF ??I Was there all alone of the 8 units !spooky ? the small pool area WAS NOT HEATED ...NEVER SAW A MANAGER?? I'LL GET A LOWER FLOOR UNIT NEXT TIME stars were really Ruff for me with the luggage

Location is the best. You can just walk to the beach and the heated pool was great!! Everything on the advertisement was exact and property owner responded quickly to questions.

The location of this rental is amazing! Only one block from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only complaints I had were the hot tub was not working which was upsetting and the rental did not have any toilet paper or napkins which had us going to CVS to get some for the rental. Overall was a great stay and would come back when they fix the hot tub!

the apartment was beautiful inside like the photo we enjoy our the stay would stay again but address two things wrong 1. There were roaches , 2. The refrigerator freezer needs to be check thank you

This condo is so beautiful. This place has everything you need and then some. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely come back here soon.

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location!! Our family of 5 was very pleased with everything.

We loved the location. So close to the pool! Near CVS for all your needs. Be sure to trek to the north side of the island for a view! Love the sugar candy shop nearby. The biggest reason other than location that we stayed there was the hot tub and it didn’t work. Aside from the power going out a couple times though (owner couldn’t help that—but called to get it fixed for us)—-we loved our stay. We do wish we were notified ahead of time about the hot tub with the option to cancel reservation. Place was clean-only one dirty pan. Parking was great! Loved being one block from beach!!!

Very clean and perfect size for our family. Being able to walk quickly to the beach was a big plus! Pool was not super warm but we loved it was shaded all day. Great place!

We stayed for a month in SPI at the cute condo a block from the beach. It was a great location to walk on the beach or to some of the restaurants. The condo had most everything that you would need.
The hosts we easy to contact and addressed any issues or questions we had.

Fabulous visit to SPI
This is a great property. It's a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Its walking distance to the beach and right off the main road of South Padre. The condo has everything you need. The owner is super responsive to questions and emails. Highly recommend!!
