We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the beach, a full cupboard of dishes, and anything that you might need in a home away from home. This home was cleaner than any of the homes we have rented in the past, and that means a LOT!
The only thing that could improve is the state of the pool, and (out of the owner's control) the neighboring apartments are an eyesore.
This home was perfect for our family of eleven kids and eight adults!

We had nine adults and one 3 1/2 year-old grandchild. The property and its set-up was exactly as advertised and promoted, and even better. It comes furnished with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, and having all of the different floors, rooms, bathrooms, and separate areas made it very easy to relax and let the grandbaby sleep.
It has a premium location and the access to the beach works perfectly. There are lots of delightful touches (games/televisions/beach accessories:game room) that make the day even better, like an outdoor shower when you come off of the beach

This property is amazing and perfect for a large group. The house was nicely decorated, welcoming, and spacious. They thought of everything you could need. We will definitely book this home again. The owners and property management were all wonderful and on top of things.

Beautiful home on the Gulf. Excellent location. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, VERY comfortable beds. Lots of bathrooms for everyone- we were 16 family members ranging in age from nine months to 76. Everyone had a fabulous time!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our group ranged from 3-81 years old and everyone was happy! The house is on the beach, which was a huge plus. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and it was nice to have many bathrooms. The game room was a hit with the kids. We’ll definitely try to go back again!

We had a great week at Coastal Soul! The group was so comfortable and amazed at all of the amenities including beach towels and all the beach gear needed to have a seamless vacation. The layout of the house was perfect for our 4 families and the game room addition was so much fun for everyone! We had several area visitors as we were celebrating my Grandmother's 90th birthday who will be reserving in the future. We appreciate you offering such a complete package for rental as it really felt like home for all of us. Thank you!!!

Coastal Soul was wonderful! Very nice fit for our large group of 18. Awesome location, well stocked and clean. Host communication was great. Very accommodating and worked with us to maximize our stay when circumstances beyond our control arose. I would definitely return!

Check in was a breeze the house was beautiful and the location (on the beach) perfect. The property manager, Laura, was very helpful with some minor issues and even brought pizzas for our group! Would definitely recommend for large families.

We come to SPI every summer as a large extended family! This beautiful home right on the beach offered us a beautiful place to stay and just a few steps from the beach! The game room was a great addition to hang out and play games in the evenings or when trying to beat the heat! We will be back!

This beach house was superb! So clean, so spacious. Darren and Laura ensured all was top-notch and handled all requests with grace and efficiency. The beach toys and game room were such a plus! The heated pool on cooler days was a perfect way to enjoy each other's company and simply relax. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We hadn't had a family vacation for many years & it was such a blessing to reconnect after all the craziness of the pandemic! I highly recommend this beach house!

The home is absolutely beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better location. It was always easy to communicate with owners and get quick responses to any questions or requests that we had. We look forward to bringing our family at some time as there is lots of room here to accommodate several families at once. Really great that there is so much seating available as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

The spacious house provided room for our group to enjoy both each other’s company and quiet solo time. The large living areas and well equipped kitchen provided for easy sociability and convenience. We had the beach to ourselves and the location made it way to run to the grocery and enjoy meals out. Highly recommended.

Property is perfect for being on the beach or relaxing by the pool ! Second time we have stayed here , perfect both times ! Celebrated our anniversary and friends anniversary. Close enough to walk to great restaurants and some souvenir shopping or the liquor store ! Will definitely try to stay here again and again !

My group of 9 (plus my doggie) had a great time here!! It was perfect for a larger group, plenty of bedrooms - and each bedroom had its own bathroom. My sons and their friends enjoyed the gameroom every night. Loved being right on the beach with our own boardwalk and outdoor shower. The pool was only used for one night...no one else got in it any other time, but having a private pool is nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is absolutely amazing! The overall cleanliness and maintenance are outstanding. The location is very near ANYTHING you may need from groceries to souvenirs, as well as beach food and adult beverages.
The walkway out to the beach literally brings the gulf to your front door!
The kitchen is very fully equipped. We were able to cook everything from crockpot chili, to pancakes and grilled burgers on the nice large Weber Charcoal Grill.
We enjoyed this so much we are seriously looking to return with a different family group!

With both the pool and being directly on the beach, this house was perfect. The ocean seemed extra blue this trip so that was so nice! Lots of space for a nice get-together with family which is exactly what we did. The third floor seemed more private. The old folks and tiny toddlers don’t make it up that far which is a win! 😃. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Coastal Soul was perfect for our family with an awesome view and easy access to the beach!
The beach house had a fully stocked (kitchen & beach items including beach towels) which were greatly appreciated.
Items to address:
We did have some issue with vanity drain and non-functioning TV which they quickly responded to; however, TV could not be fix before our departure. We also expressed an issue with water pressure and stability of water temperature throughout the house which should be addressed. Also, family who slept in queen bedrooms believed they were not true to size.
Recommendations: 1) management remind occupants to empty dryer lent trays (possibly post sign in laundry closets). 2) replacing some of stained bath towels as obviously used by previous occupants in hair tinting process.
We hope to return for another stay and hope our feedback is useful for future stays for all!

Wow! What a great house, great management team ( Bonni was our contact) and great family vacation. We had 22 of us from Texas, Ct , and Va. the house was so great. The number of beach towels, and I am not talking 1 or 2 but at least 10 and beach chairs and other beach items was the best. We did not need to bring anything but our swimsuits and food. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and we all loved the game room. We especially liked the first and second floor balconies for our evening gatherings. The walkway to the beach was nice with not having to cross sand dunes and the beach was close and perfect for family. The management staff recommended Wright Choice Photography for family pics. Andrea did such a great job. Location was great for running out for extra food and was a short walk to the Wanna Wanna where their drinks were the hit of the trip. We had such a great time. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Definitely stay if you can.

Huge beautiful property. Everything was clean. Everything worked. Lots of amenities and extras available to guests. Perfect spot on the beach. Having the boardwalk made it easier to enjoy the beach easily. Pool was great at night as well.

Fantastic house. Quick walk to beach out back door. House had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for kids. Game room was great and ice maker took care of all of our needs for ice. Very convenient location. 5 minute max to store and restaurants . Pool was a big hit after being at the beach. Couldn’t ask for a nicer beach house.”First Class”

The house has everything and great locations. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower. Not a big deal just took longer to wash off. Would recommend 100%. The view and access to the beach is what we needed to relax.

We were more than impressed with the property. The pictures did not do it justice. It was perfect for our group of 14 and could have slept quite a few more. The best part was the boardwalk down to the beach. Not only did it make for beautiful pictures, it made it so convenient getting back and forth to the beach with chairs,umbrellas and everything else you may need to enjoy your day beside the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Everything was thought of and we didn't need to bring a number of items because they were already there! The access to the beach is amazing and every room is nicer than the photos. The balconies are enough to make a vacation out of sitting on and staring at the view. The bonus game room is wonderful and even has an ice machine! Great house that you don't want to leave.
