Wonderful home for a family with young children. It was just an awesome experience. We can’t wait to go back next year!

The property was amazing. Everything exactly as presented. Enjoyed the hot tub and even the pool (more than a bit chilly). The beach was amazing and so easy to walk out the door and be there. The area was quiet yet within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. We enjoyed Wanna Wanna in the afternoon and Bar Louie for dinner. Love the SPI brewery and Tequila Sunrise. I would definately return and stay a the same place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo on the beach. Our family went to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time as a family right on the beach. We loved being able to come and go to the beach with such ease. The pool and hot tub on the patio was a huge bonus for when we did not want to be out on the sand. It was also conveniently located on the island to pretty much everything the island had to offer.

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The garage/game room was a hit with the kids. The biggest surprise was the distance to the water! Another great thing was the chairs and other beach items. Great property!!!

A wonderful weekend getaway on the beach in a beautiful home. Views of the ocean from the patio and easy access when needing to come back and forth from the beach. We cooked most meals and the owner had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for accommodating me and my family.

We had such an amazing time at this property. Steps away from the beach and an incredible view of the sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the convenience of the beach towels provided. Between the beach toys, chairs, and tents this place has everything you need for an incredible stay. The internet was a bit shoddy making it difficult to watch tv at times, but that would be my only complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was absolutely worth it and had a beautiful view. It was beautifully furnished and plenty of space for a family. We would definitely stay again.

This property is very nice. I was immediately blown away by the view and closeness to to beach, which was literally steps away. Our upstairs sir conditioning (where all four rooms are located) stopped working on the second day and they were able to fix it the next morning. Other than that, our stay was terrific and I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved the property. It lived up to our high expectations and the proximity to the beach with private access was just what we had hoped for.

This is our second time there. The place overall is very nice and comfortable. There was an issue with the sliding door lock. I wished I had waited until the last day to notify them because the handyman took a few trips to our place to fix it and it was a bit disruptive to our gathering. Despite that, we would recommend the place and would come again.

No complaints...the accommodations were superb. Only negative...Hot Water at kitchen sink did not get hot. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Six adults celebrating birthdays and we had a great time. House is extremely comfortable, plenty of room to spread out or gather around the table. Views are amazing and everything is close by for entertainment or a run to the store.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We celebrated my son's 15th birthday, and he and his cousins had a great time. We'll definitely book again for our next visit!!!

There was plenty of room, lots of amenities to enjoy for the whole family. Very convenient to get to the beach.

What an amazing property! The pictures on the website don't convey the homey feel and luxury of this upscale property. It is very spacious and can accommodate large families/groups; has the latest elecronics with a TV in every room and a huge large screen with an excellent sound system downstairs; the ocean is right outside the sliding glass door in the living room, as are the pool and relaxing hot tub; the upstairs master bedroom has a private balcony and a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub; the kitchen is fully equipped; there's a full-size washer and dryer; tons of water toys and lounges for the beach; free WI-FI; comfortable beds and bedding; and the storm shutters, when closed, give privacy and quiet when you want to catch up on your sleep. PIR and the owner obviously take great pride in the property and it shows. Everything was clean and ready for us. PIR provides 24/7 staffing so anything you need is only a phone call away. This is THE place to stay in South Padre Island!
