We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the condo and how it matched everything that was described and shown in the listing. We had an amazingly comfortable stay and it was perfect for our family of 5! We will definitely look to book again in the future!

Beautiful property and location. Loved having pool and beach access. Owner had a well stocked venue, with indoor and outdoor supplies. Ages 12-70 found activities to suit them. Were surprised with SpaceX rocket launch from Boca Chica. Did not need property manager, owner very responsive on questions. Definitely recommend

The view of the beach is fabulous. Condo is inviting with its attractive seaside motif in the furnishings. The place is well stocked with kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. Plenty of towels, beach toys, comfy bed. Loved the beach walks and balcony directly overlooking the ocean and beach. Communication with host was prompt and caring.

This property is wonderful, located on the top floor in the corner. Spent lots of time sitting on the balcony and walking the beautiful beach. Restaurants are nearby and we had a great food. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Location and view are perfect, easy beach access, clean pool, well stocked beach toys and chairs. Comfy master bed. Property parking is a bit limited but we managed.

Beautiful property the host goes above and beyond

We had a great stay at Sea Vista. Amazing views, very clean, and extremely well stocked unit. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed making sand castles, catching ghost crabs at night, and walking along the beach. Fantastic vacation unit. Highly recommend renting here!

This was a beautiful property that has been updated and very comfortably slept myself and 4 children. Everything you need is available for the beach, the pool, and it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Very clean home, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!! Tons of games, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys etc.. Incredible views!!

My teens and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the view, the beach, the pool, and cooking meals in the kitchen. We will likely be back.

Had amazing views to watch the sunrise with coffee. Spent time in the pool & hot tub at night. Used the beach chairs to relax during the day. Had everything we needed. Definitely will be back

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and right on the beach! The property owner answered all our questions right away and was very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!! The amenities were excellent as well. Can't say enough great things about our experience!

We had a nice time in Padre Island touring the island and hanging out at the beach. We ate at some fun places with great food. The weather wasn't as warm as we were hoping but still better than winter in South Dakota. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities. The view was awesome.

This condo is beautifully appointed, meticulously clean and has a spectacular view. There is on-site check in and parking is close to the condo building making transfer of luggage to unit easy and accessible. Easy access to beach.

Fabulous Condo! The views from this condo can't be beat. We saw the most amazing sun and moonrises, as well as fireworks along the beach. The condo itself was very clean, well stocked, modern, and with comfortable beds. Also, loved the short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely book again.

Too many issues with the unit for the price. Initial response from owner was no one else has complained. On site maintenance said they couldn't fix anything, not even change bulbs for non working lights. Non working toilet, broken blind, mold on shower, trash, dirty clothes under beds, under benches, patio door doesn't lock, really bad internet once connected. Things do break and I'm sure owner is well intentioned but there was no offer for cancelation, no offer for discount due to inconvenience, no repairs not even fixing light issues during our stay. On the positive side, views were amazing, a/c worked wonderfully, kitchen had all needed had we cooked. Kerig didn't work but full pot coffee maker did work. We have stayed at sea Vista for last 6 years at different units but never with issues so we will stay at sea Vista again but not at this unit.

Our family enjoyed the time we had in this condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo to make more family memories. Grandkids loved our stay.
