My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The best part was the ocean view from every window. We wouldn't hesitate to stay twice.The bed closest to the water was a different kind of memory foam.

We had a great time in South Padre Island. The condo had everything we needed and a spectacular view. The beach was clean and the water was warm. The staff onsite were helpful and friendly. Short walk over to the bay side for lots of restaurants options.

First time on padre island, very nice place for family vacation. The property is on 8th floor, facing the ocean, my daughter didn’t want to get up for sunrise but she could just open her curtain lying on bed to watch it 😊
Location is very convenient to walk to anywhere, the owner is very nice replying to my message almost immediately!

Our stay was great. The views are stunning, the building and parking easy to get in and out, and the pool and other amenities are very nice. The unit is so cute and the weekend stay was very comfortable. Thank you for being wonderful hosts, Rachel and Willy!

This was definitely the best decision for our family vacation with two teenage daughter's that only wanted the beach and sun for their summer getaway! Not only did they get that but also parasailing and snorkeling and plenty of night life and great places to eat! And this VRBO was awesome! Very clean, amazing view and really a home away from home for our week long escape from life!!! Highly recommend this rental...smooth checkin/checkout... everything was as listed! I really do wanna go back!!!

The wrap around view priceless. The neighbors were very friendly, beach access was very close. Pool was wonderful, landscaping tip top. I had wished washer/dryer was in unit but there was public access downstairs and only cost 2.25 load. We would return.

This property ended up being the perfect location for us. It had a great view of the gulf, easy access to the beach and pool, ample, secure parking and was quiet. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and there were lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Communication with and responses from the hosts was top notch!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was there. The bedding was fantastic, especially for those who prefer a firm yet comfortable bed. The communication with the host was flawless. The check-in/check-out process was simple. The location is walking distance to the beach, shops and several restaurants. When we go back to South Padre Island we will hope this property is available again.

Condo was as described and as shown in the pictures! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The view can't be beat! We had a great time and are so glad we were able to book this condo. The owners were easy to contact when I had questions and were very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I and friends were in need of a break from our jobs and our home weather. The area was very hospitable as was the staff at the condo. The best part was the comfort and view, we all were able to relax and enjoy South Padre Island.

My son and I stayed here the week of Christmas. Coming from a cold weather state, this condo was perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking! I strongly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise! I would come back to this condo again as it's safe and quiet.

Little smaller than we expected, but nice designer oriented style and worth the stay. They put the money in the right places. Great bed, great outside deck chairs, comfortable interior, great coffee maker. Staff was very nice too.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is outstanding. We park the car when we arrive and walk everywhere. There are lots of places to eat nearby and also to listen to live music and there are chair rentals on the beach directly behind the condo. The pool is also very nice.

Bathroom floor was not very clean and mold bottom of shower door.
Gritty floors throughout condo- we hadn’t even gone to the beach or anywhere
Biggest thing —Stained sheets in bedroom up front — I took pictures. When we pulled back the blanket there were stains on the white sheets.
Night stands were very dusty.

Great condo! Perfect for the two of us. Had everything needed except there was only the one trash bag. Otherwise, location is awesome, clean, great property and management service. Loved every moment on the large balcony with the Gulf breeze and sunrises. The living room is beautifully done so you do not feel cramped at all. Great job with this space!

This was our 1st time to South Padre and it made a huge impact on the kids. They are already ready to go back to the beach even know we just left. Would definitely come back to the condo again. Everyone made us feel like home and welcomed us with open arms. We diffentely made lots of memories.

First, what a lovely couple who went above and beyond to provide all details necessary to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Our first time to SPI and they provided restaurants and attractions, which was so helpful.
The condo was beautiful, clean, aesthetically pleasing, cozy with a gorgeous oceanfront view!

Can’t beat this location. Close to everything, steps from the beach. Views out the living area and master bedroom are beautiful. The condo is small, I wouldn’t put 4 adults in it but for 2 people it’s fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean and comfortable. I loved the view directly to the ocean. The condo is in a nice property that is an easy walk to the beach. The complex has a great pool and hot tub as well. Some nice restaurants close by too. Will stay again.

This was truly an amazing find and I loved every second of my stay here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, has an amazing view, and has everything you could need to make you feel the comfort of your own home on vacation. The check in process was quick and simple, the pool and courtyard area provides a relaxing quiet space, and the condo is in a great location to easily go enjoy the activities on SPI. The owners were very accommodating with helpful communication and instructions. Everything was exactly as listed and very clean with perfect beach aesthetic decor that made the stay even more enjoyable.
