Nous étions en vacances en famille pour deux semaines. Nous avions juste réserver pour 2/3 nuits en attendant d’organiser notre voyage. Finalement nous sommes rester jusqu’à notre départ. Bon accueil, chambre propre et fonctionnel. Personnel sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons .

A diamond in the rough. I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they promptly addressed any needs I had with a smile. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the hot water situation, as some reviews had mentioned that there was none. However, I soon found out that the hotel uses a pump system that takes a bit of time to heat up, but the hot water is definitely available. The housekeeping was top-notch, and my room was always clean and well-organized. I even left some coins and bills lying around, and they were neatly placed on my desk. While there were a few minor cosmetic issues, they did not bother me at all. I could have stayed at the big chains, but very glad I made the decision to stay here instead for the month. Fridge/ Freezer, Stove, and Microwave went a long way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Needs some minor cosmetic fixes, but nothing drastic. The light on the balcony, and the bathroom mirror were out. But I am sure they would have been fixed within the hour if I mentioned these items to the staff.

I think free breakfast may have been available, but we did not know ahead of time. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the maid entered each day while we were gone to remake it.

We had to ask for a second towel since the room had only one. After a second day, the cleaning lady took it away again. Also, the microwave didn't have a place to plug in.

The hosts were amazing! They organized a tour for us and were very flexible on the check out time due to our flight cancellation.

Shower was terrible.

Excellent value for money, the bedroom was a very good size and the air conditioner was very efficient.

Only cold water is available. The kitchenette was adequate but in some disrepair needing some TLC.

No hot water, no water heater, no complinentary water bottles in the room,

it was excellent neat and tidy always

Well, it is Djibouti so one has to temper expectations. But it was a 'just ok' hotel. Cold water only, basic bed and services, and OK location, but for the same price I would get a genuine 5-star hotel in KL or Dubai. The staff though were genuinely friendly and nice to chat to.

The influx of foreign military and NGOs has made everything well overpriced.

Thanks for extending our stay in spite of not showing on the Bookings website. Will recommend your hotel. it was very close from my work place.
