Good location, corner shop, cafés and restaurants around. About 10 minutes' easy walk to city center. The apartment is modern and has everything you need, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a small bathroom with a large shower, a good sized entrance hall and a nice sized living room with large windows, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a nice sofa/TV area.
As with most rental properties, no space to put down your personal things in the bathroom. Pity for an otherwise so well-equipped apartment.

Nice apartment and close to the town centre, approx 10 minutes walk, which also included secure parking on site

Apartment was very modern and clean, had everything you needed for a short stay.
Unfortunately the road next to the building was quite busy so therfore a lot of traffic noise. Couldn't leave a window open on a hot summer night, there was a fan to use but then have the noise from that.

Great location only 10-15 mins walk from the centre. Property had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Free, secure parking was a big advantage over other properties too. Welcome gift was also appreciated!

Parking was a great addition, nice + secure and the hosts were really helpful with flexibility of timings around the use of the parking space as we arrived before the check in time
Welcome box was a lovely touch
All items supplied which make a self catering stay a bit easier without having to buy completely separately e.g. washing up liquid/tin foil
Approx 20 Min walk to the main part of York e.g. minster/shambles
The windows aren't the most sound proof and there were lots of emergency vehicles regularly going past. This was noticed most in the lounge/kitchen and didn't affect our sleep

it was in a great location near to everything we wanted and only a short walk into the centre of the city. Very clean and in excellent condition. we were so comfortable thank you.

The property is very spacious and nice, and well positioned in a nice area close to the centre. The kitchen appliances and furniture are great and the apartment is also well furnished with everything you may need.
The bed could use a new mattress, as this one is a bit old and not very comfortable.

The apartment had an amazing location, there were thoughtful touches when we arrived and it was beautifully clean and had everything we could have possibly wanted for our stay. Have already recommended it to others.
