A really lovely flat with pretty much everything you would need! Especially liked the washer/dryer and dishwasher, which made everything so easy and convenient.
The checkout time being at 10 is pretty inconvenient, especially as there's no obvious place to ask to leave your bags.

The property is ideally placed ,although tricky to find using a SatNav, right near the station and right beneath the city walls. It's a five minute walk to the Minster and town.
It's in a gated area with access via a keyfob, so very secure and also has it's own parking space which is a lovely bonus.
The apartment itself is on the third floor and is quite spacious, very clean and has everything that you might need for an enjoyable stay.All of the fixtures and fittings are top quality as well as the utensils, which makes it quite a luxurious apartment with the added bonus of a large walk in shower.
We had a bit of a job finding it as the SatNav took us to the front of the property which belongs to Network Rail ,but we asked someone and it is around the corner and the other side of the building that we first went to.

Price was fairly high, but we did enjoy ourselves.

Quality appartment. Peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise. Quality furnishings. 5 minute walk from the minster so very close to the action. Free parking bay was secure and easy to get to.
The weather was hot and as a result the flat was very hot depsite using the fans available, this made for a restless sleep. Liked everything else so no other complaints.

There was some confusion finding the property initially as differing post codes on emails received.
Additional lighting around the bathroom mirror needed….then it would be perfect!

There wasn't a breakfast package as part of our booking but we made our own breakfast. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. Tescos was a walk away so it was brilliant
Fortunately for us, it was too perfect. My partner was blown away by the decorations, Pictures and paintings, the furniture and everything really. We knew it was going to be a good flat but we were amazed by the details and the arrangement of everything. For someone with OCD, I was amazed, YOu have to stay in this property to appreciate what it has to offer

check out at 10am on a Sunday ! appreciate this js pretty standard - would be better value for money if you could just have till say 12 on check out day but this is no different to anywhere

Bed was very comfy, the apartment was very well furnished, was clear money had been spent rather than done as cheaply as possible (for example le cruset mugs etc) location was good, just inside the walls. There was nothing it was missing really.
It was a fairly pricey stay, more than I would've normally wanted to pay. The bathroom had a constant drains smell the whole time, not overpowering but definitely there.

close to York centre. considering it was next to the train station it was so quiet which resulted in a great nights sleep. apartment was clean and facilities were good

great location and clean. however was tricky to get into - had to call the owner as to where I had to use the fob to get into the apartments after taking out of safe lock. could not get into underground garage etc, so if we had been allocated our space here would have been an issue. owner was helpful though.

Brand new flat and apartment complex. Very convenient to train station.
Very well equipped and comfortable.
Owner added quality fans to help during recent heat wave. Books, decor, houseware all top quality.
Definitely a top notch place to explore york.

Brand new apartment excellently equipped.
Very secure and in fantastic location near rail station and short walk into town. Comfortable bed. Sofa could be used in a pinch too.
Overlooking garden courtyard on north side of building. Convenient parking if needed.
No air conditioning but owner promptly added two large quality fans.

The apartment was well set out and very stylish. Everything you needed for a pleasant relaxing stay. Lovely view of the garden area. This apartment is about a 10 minute walk into the centre of York. Parking was available which made the stay more relaxing as this is secure. Consisarge support provide and he was a great help upon arrival.
You can hear the occupance above and this was a distraction. Had an issue with the secure gate as the key fob available did not work, resulting in my husband climbing over the gate to gain entry ..not ideal. Please check any out of hours suppot if you stay here and any restrictions with access after midnight. Also check you have your email confirmation as a mix up in apartment numbers caused confusion over parking allocation. Long stay carparking near by cost 12.00 per day so checking your booking and confirmation email.
