The stay was great

Very nice neighborhood. Ideal location for restaurants and shopping. I agree with the other clients; ice maker not working, stained couch and twin bed needs work. All in all I still rate it a 5 nowhere is going to be perfect.

Property is lovely, I'd stay there again. However, I paid in full 2 months in advance, non-refundable, only to find out the morning of check-in day that it was double-booked for the first night and another party was already in residence. Host found us another property for the one night, not proactively but after I begged for his help. It worked out in the end but was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, as our party consisted of 4 adults and one dog. We were 'homeless' for the day we had to move out of the temporary home until we could move into the one we had reserved, all of us (plus dog) and all our belongings crammed into one car; plus not having a home base while preparing for the activities that had brought us to Winston Salem in the first place.

Our stay was great this house had enough room for all of us, having 3 bathrooms was a plus. It’s very clean we would stay again for another short trip.

Modern, clean, well managed and convenient location. Great choice

The sofa was very stained. The carpets were dirty. Bed in room with tv is very uncomfortable for 2 people. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms. Ice maker in fridge is cracked and spewed ice on floor when freezer is opened. I think the owner needs to take a walk through to see current condition. Better furniture would certainly make it more comfortable to sit and watch tv. Not a bad place, just needs better updating. Comfort and cleanliness are sparse.
