The beach house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is very nice. Overall the property is super for a family vacation. The Master suite is gorgeous and has a very spacious bath. The game room bedroom on the basement level was great for tor our teenaged boys. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice too. The proximity to the beach is a little misleading in that the walk entails crossing 4 lanes of traffic if walking. (Difficult if kids and beach chairs and canopies are involved). Parking is limited on the beach access, but we were fortunate enough to find parking every day. Although, the house does technically have 7 bedrooms, the two small ones on the mid-level do not have closets and share the bathroom off the kitchen with everyone else, One comment to the owners. If you rate your rental as 5-Star, we would expect more toilet paper and paper towels. We very much enjoyed our vacation. Thanks so much.

We had our wedding reception here and it was perfect! It held our close family and the backyard was the perfect spot for our special night. Sandy was so helpful and she communicated everything we needed to know. But this house is perfect in general for a family vacation! They pool is magnificent and so relaxing! We will 100% be staying here again with our family!!

This home is perfect for large groups. The home is set-up to perfectly to accommodate a lot of people; there's plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, beach chairs, beds, bathrooms, etc. The home is very charming in terms of furnishings and decor. There is plenty of space to spread out and entertain. The pool area is also very spacious and the access to the game room and bathroom from the pool is great. The beach is walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) and there are multiple restaurants and bars also within walking distance. You can walk to the end of the street to see the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this place.

What a great stay. We rented the property for a reunion of army friends and spouses at the end of March. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space each day, as well as the game room, kitchen and common areas. Check in was easy peasy. Sandy was great and was quick to respond to any questions. The ice maker in the game room was amazing! With 14 people sharing the space for a week, we went through a lot of ice, and this machine was insanely fast. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own quiet time if needed, and plenty of room to be all together for dinner and fun. Location was great. We walked around the corner every night to enjoy the beautiful sunset, and could walk or golf cart to many places. While it wasn’t needed, the house was equipped with a pack and play and high chair which is great for the littles. There was also plenty of dishes, cooking equipment, glasses, etc. we were a pretty big group with a few folks that really enjoy cooking, and the huge stock pots and large pans came in very handy. There were also two grills that we used nearly every night, which was great for our crowd. I can’t say enough about this property. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a big family gathering or group of friends. All of the amenities are there. Pool is not huge but we had no complaints. The down stairs is roomy and the bar area has a nice shuffle board table, pool table and darts. Upstairs you’ll find a nice big kitchen. Big TVs all over. Bring your login’s there is no cable. Wifi dipped occasionally but that’s SPI life.The master is right on top of the kitchen island and if someone is late night snacking it might be a tad noisy. The property managers said they had sent us “paperwork” to fill out through vrbo but we never saw it. We couldn’t find any communication in the app either. Consequently, upon landing, we had to figure out how to print and return 9 pages of warnings, rules and regs at the Harlingen airport. We scrambled to get that done but the pics we sent of the signed rules and regulations was not good enough so my college aged daughter used her in phone scanner to shoot them all again and resend. Only after the scanning and sending did they send the check in info. Later in the week, the house lost power. We thought it was an island wide issue but it turned out it was an issue w the power bill according to the managers. They addressed that quickly after our call. The house is A+, just be vigilant that you fill out the 9 page rules and restrictions documents or you will have an interesting first hour after you arrive, as we did.

Our entire family spent 4 days at Isla Breeze and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time together! Enough space to separate and to congregate !! Although the weather wasn’t always on our side - we had a wonderful trip. One note: bring water shoes to use in the pool as it is rough on the bottom and kids tore up their feet somewhat.

Best beachhouse we have ever stayed at. It had everything. And it was absolutely clean and for us all very comfortable.

The listing is depicted accurately. Everything was immaculate. There were plenty of different venues in the house to give everyone the ability to do some type of activity. The furnishings fit the size of the house with plenty of seating/relaxing available. If you want a good night sleep, the mattresses and sheets are 5-star hotel quality. Along with the beach chairs, wagons and coolers, it makes a trip to the beach easy. We would stay again.

We had some bumps, but management were on top of everything immediately and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay time was excellent

We had a group of 15 and loved every bit of this house. We used all of the amenities, loved having the pool. The beach and bath towels were so nice. Loved having the extra ice machine - super helpful!! The bathrooms and kitchen were super clean, updated and nice. The location for us was perfect. It was close to restaurants, 3 minute drive to beach, loved walking to the bayside of island to look at crabs. Would definitely recommend this house 100%!!

We had three generations together for a week vacation. It was an amazing home! The house was as described. The game room was fun for everyone, there was enough space for the whole crew, and the beds were comfortable! The property has beach items to use, which was a nice bonus. The property manager was super nice and quick to communicate with us, making it an easy process. My only complaint is that the pool is a rough surface, not smooth. The kids’ feet got a little scraped up. It didn’t stop the fun, though! We all loved the amazing back yard! Great property!

This property rental was very nice and lots of room for all of us. The house pretty much has everything. We were surprised to find it even had a pack n play and highchair perfect for one of the kiddos. Backyard well fenced in for our fur babies and kids while they enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed gilling. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun for the family. BBQ pits were available, but I had brought my own. We stayed a week and during the week there was some construction of a new build but in general it wasn't too much noise. management was very nice and helpful and located just across the street. What can I say about Isla Breeze? The home had literally everything you can think of. Beach Chairs, Ice Maker, Fridge Space, Pool, Patio, Coolers and Grill. Nightlife was within walking distance. Sandy was extremely communicative before and after my stay. I was here for my 34th birthday with my favorite people on the planet. Moments that I will never forget happened at the house. I am forever grateful to Sandy and her team. 10/10 recommended for a stay with a large group at South Padre!

This property was perfect in every way! We have a annual girls weekend with all of our family and sister friends this was year 18 and it was definitely one for the books! The host was amazing with communication and answering my 500 questions lol. It was a great location and close to everything and the house is breath taking. We loved that all 20 of us could eat and sit together during meals with the the double dinning tables as well as play card games! 10/10 recommend booking this house we will definitely be staying again in the near future!

Superb stock of all necessities in kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Great location with easy walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Outside area has plethora of seating around the nice warm pool, 2 charcoal grills, and a nice outdoor shower. Very clean property and responsive management!

The property itself was awesome, the first day we arrived the weather was chilly but the fact that the pool was heated was awesome. There is plenty of rooms, and this place is for sure kid and pet friendly. No one wants to stay indoors when you visit SPI, but if you have to, this place has games, a pool table, and shuffle board. There was 16 in our party and there was more than enough space for all of us

Your house was perfect! It is beautiful, clean, spacious and has a lot of fun amenities that our group of 17 enjoyed. We loved cooking at the island/stocked cooking area and there were enough seats for our large group to eat together and play cards. We got a lot of use out of the shuffle board, darts, pool table and pool area. The game room is definitely an added bonus that we loved. The beach is only two blocks away and we were thankful for the towels, wagon and coolers that you supplied. We enjoyed our dinners out at F & B and Viva. They were both delicious, had wonderful service and were not too far of a walk. We used the trolley to visit the sea turtles, the candy shop, souvenir stores, etc. We had a wonderful trip and the house did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were a family of 22 people from our 89 year grandmother down to our youngest - 7 years old. It was a great close walk to the beach to see the sun rise and just a few houses away from the bay to watch the sunset. The house used the space perfectly to fit 22 of us and the back yard pool was fantastic. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the patio reading, playing cards, etc. The kitchen was a great place for a large group to good and dish up. The living room had 3 couches, allowing space for many people to hang out. The back yard had 3 couches, multiple high top tables with high quality chairs, etc. One thing important in a VRBO for our family is good seating for people to sit together and hangout, and this VRBO definitely offers that. Highly recommend! OH - there was an ICE MACHINE!!! that special touch that makes the weekend experience better. Oh, and we walked to the grocery store (Blue Marlin) a couple times that week, so the house is doable without a rental car. (however for our 83 and 89 year old grandmas, we did drive them over to the beach because you have to quickly cross over a large busy road)

Amazing!! So much fun to have the pool and the beach available. Such a great game room and perfect room situation for all involved! My family and friends had a blast and memories were for sure made!! I want to go back already! Best time to visit SPI is def right before Spring Break!! It’s perfect:)

The home is spacious, clean and gives you a very comfortable homey feeling where you can relax and enjoy the space. The game room and pool were a big hit! Who knew that we would become addicted to shuffleboard! The property manager was super helpful and recommended some great restaurants on the island. Definitely a home we would stay at for our next visit.

We came in to the island for a few days and this place was perfect for our group of ladies. Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and the house was centrally located and close to pretty much everything we needed.
