Seaduction was the most perfect setting for our South Padre getaway. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was room for more if we had needed. Everything we needed was there and location-wise it was centrally located to all the best restaurants and an easy block walk to the beach. If we return to SPI we will definitely look into renting Seaduction again. Thank you!

Our stay at this location was absolutely fantastic! The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to amenities and attractions. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Overall a fantastic home and location. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities. The house was super clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for our five nights. Check in was a tad messy because the key code we were given didn’t work, but they responded quickly and it was fixed right away.

The home was easy to check in, access to the beach was awesome and the look and feel was as advertised. We definitely recommend.

Overall this is a great house and location. Very roomy and proximity to beach is amazing. A little off main road so noise is no issue but easy to get anywhere in town. Only thing was pool cleaning and yard workers came while we were there. Otherwise this would be a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend.

Very nice rental. Really appreciated the decor. Also the balcony and poolside furniture was wonderful. Enjoyed both balconies. We rented for a month so there were some issues but SPI was quick to respond. Would definitely rent again.

The house was great! We had a mix of adults, teens, toddlers, and infants and everyone loved the house just the same! The pool was fantastic. The home was really nice. We will definitely return!

Amazing house! Extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed from cooking to washing, to housekeeping. The realty company we booked it through was very polite, professional and attentive to our needs. We are definitely looking foward to another getaway !

This home was just perfect for our family. We found it to be comfortable and cozy. The space was more than enough for our group of eight. The kids (big and almost big) really enjoyed their many short walks to the beach. We would recommend this property as an awesome choice for a place to enjoy your stay.

The family and I traveled to south padre for my husband's birthday. When i tell you this beach house exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of space. The house is decorated so nicely. Walking distance to the beach(but we drove which was probably about 1-2min away). Not to mention the pool was so nice and warm. My family Lovedddddddddd this beach house. My husband wants to come back again in August lol!!! FANTASTIC HOUSE!!!!

This house is beautiful and very spacious! We loved our stay here! The house was clean, there were lots of spots to sit and relax, and the heated pool was amazing! It's a very short walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

My main reason for reserving the property was that it had a heated pool but the heating device was broken. Kids tried to get in the pool but water and breeze was cool. They weren't able to enjoy it.

We stayed here for a family vacation with 15 people for four days. We chose the house for its layout, the bunk bed room, and the shallow shelf in the pool due to our kids' ages. The pool was a hit, for sure! We used it daily, there was more than enough seating, plenty of sun coverage under the patio, and grilling was great. We encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, the provided key code did not work. We called and someone was there in ten minutes to let us in. The downstairs was very, very hot. We pulled every fan we could find to keep the 7 kids comfortable. A member of our family determined there was a problem with the AC in that portion of the house. We left a message in the app and someone was there in ten minutes and it was fixed. The pool was hot, almost like a bathtub. Another family member found that the blades on one of the cooking units had come off. We messaged and someone fixed it right away. So, it was challenging to run into these issues, but we were pleased with how quickly SPI Rentals responded to have them repaired. The garage was awesome. Downstairs fridge very helpful. The pool alarm gave us a sense of peace of mind with so many kids. We appreciated the on site baby equipment (high chair and pack n play). If you're bringing babies, though, consider a baby gate - the stairs aren't visible from the living room. Location Of the house was great – close to some good restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

This property is beautiful. We really enjoyed it. It was perfect for my family of 11. The pool was the perfect size and depth as I have small grandchildren. I will definitely keep this property on my list to rent again. SPI rentals is a great host. They are there when you need them.

Amazing home with every amenity you will need!! Great communication with property manager. The only one thing I wish was better is the pool, the filter was not working our entire stay, maintenance did work thoroughly to help get it fixed but unfortunately it just never worked well. Other than this small issue everything else was great! We will definitely book through this company again.

The "Seaduction" surpassed all of our expectations. It was very close to the beach, and the pool in the backyard was great after a long day at the beach. Proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus also. We will be back!!
