Breakfast was tasty. The service was very mixed though.

Sometimes we had everything we needed, and other times we had to ask for more. Example: pancakes served with no syrup.

Nature and view

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled on the hillside above Playa de Los Muertos, every room is different. The restaurant is delicious and the staff is very accommodating. The location is a 15 min walk to nightlife, Zona Romantica, Playa de Los Muertos, pier Playa Amapas and Playa de Conchas Chinas. We stayed in La Cuerva, the Cave, a once in a lifetime experience. This 3- level suite includes a huge private terrace w/hotub for entertaining, 2 baths, full gourmet kitchen, waterfalls, wet bar and stunning sunsets from the bed.

You will need to taxi back up the hill. Fortunately cab fare is very affordable.

Everything. Property grounds are beautiful. Service is superb. The staff is the best.

Great rooms with beautiful views. Amazing staff. Perfect location with a short walk or uber ride to the Romantic District.

Floors in the unit were dirty, even with daily mopping the city creates a layer of dust but worth it to have the open air.

The staff was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. room service was efficient and they even went out of their way to check up on us daily for our needs.

They were painting their pool dining area on a day we were there. The odor from the paint and primer was so strong we had to close our windows for the entire day.

if you’re a walker, you’ll be heading up flights of stairs and inclines to get back to the hotel. Or you can simply take a taxi.

I travelled with my teens alone. I wasn’t sure how my teens would like it but the staff went above and beyond to make them feel at home, welcome and to have fun. I can’t say enough about ALL of the staff - the kitchen and bar staff are extraordinary, the receptionist who we dealt with for all of needs, the spa staff, housekeeping staff- all top notch. I wasn’t sure how communicating through What’s App would work but trust me, it was awesome. A quick text through that platform and we had a taxi, water delivered to the room very quickly. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and sooooo much space. The pools are super cool and provide space and privacy to hang out with your own crew. Anybody looking for a place in PV that is close to the action, safe and five star experience - this is the place. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to be back.

We only had breakfast there once. It was just average but to be fair very few people dine in the resort other than snacks around the pool. Too many great restaurants within walking distance.

Our only complaint about this beautiful property was the double bed. Too small. Anyone with mobility issues would have problems walking from town to this property. Very steep climb.

Beautiful property in a quiet location but not a far walk from the beach or the things happening in Zona Romantica.

Unique and beautiful hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. The style of the hotel was stunning, very cool to wander and explore, and the pools were relaxing and warm. Our room felt like a little home away from home - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated. Highly recommend Marcela and will definitely return next time in PV

The hotel is charming, private, intimate with incredible gardens! The staff is wonderful, welcoming, friendly and attentive! The food is fabulous and artfully made ❤️
