This house has everything you need. The three levels provided plenty of space for fifteen of us. The beds were comfortable. The outside pool area was a big hit with all ages. The best part is that the ocean is a very short walk to paradise! One suggestion we would make is to have an outside patio table so we could have ate and played cards outside while the kids swam.

Our family of fourteen, six adults and eight children ages eleven and younger, recently spent a week at this house. This house has so many positives, from its close proximity to the beach, great pool with adjoining hot tub, outdoor kitchen,garage loaded with games and lots of beach toys and chairs, comfortable beds, quality appliances, and on and on. We would consider renting this house again. Why is my rating only above average? With a few improvements it could be much more visually appealing. Both front and back decks are in desperate need of paint or stain and the front deck could be useful with some furniture. The pool area lacks any landscaping. Maybe the owner doesn't want to maintain grass? That's fine but why have all those beautiful empty pots? A few flowers would make the space beautiful. I cannot leave a review without mentioning South Padre Rentals. We had a few minor issues when we arrived. Their polite and charming maintenance man was there within minutes and resolved everything. When I called the office about another problem, it was immediately resolved. I will definitely use this agency in the future!

We had a blast, we loved the big swimming pool...very clean. The property had everything we needed for cooking, bbqing. It was very clean. Love going thru SPI RENTALS, staff is always friendly and explains in detail the stay and surrounding area ideas. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Beautiful home with plenty of space

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. There was a little issues with the house not ready upon our arrival, and the cleanliness of the house seemed rushed. However, SPI was quick to respond to our needs or issues that were addressed within the hour or sooner.

Perfect location. Great amenities. The outdoor shower is absolutely amazing. Pool and hot tub were great. The whole outdoor area was perfect. Inside was nice, roomy, well taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

This unit was amazing! Plenty of room for the 8 of us, backyard was phenomenal, and location was perfect!

This house is clean, huge and very well kept! Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the property. The Blackstone grill was something we used daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner. My husband is buying one for our house now lol. The pool is very large (we did have to bring our own umbrella for shade as one was not provided, but it fit in the hole on the splash pad area). The main kitchen was well stocked with everything needed as was the outdoor kitchen. We loved that there was a little "apartment" with king bed and full bath on the first floor for our elderly family that have a hard time with stairs. The abundance of tvs throughout the home was refreshing. Beach chairs were provided and enjoyed. The kids loved the ping pong and foos ball tables in the garage. The beach is a walkable distance and we were able to shower in the poolside shower before going into the house, so no sand in the house! We all really really loved this home and will definitely book it again :)

Have been using SPI rentals for the past 5 years and service is always outstanding! This house had all the amenities you could ask for! From the easy access points to the balcony and pool, the super comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor kitchen area, big private pool and hot tub, to the outside patio, this house was perfect for a big family! The house is steps away from the beach and has two outdoor shower areas. Definitely coming back here soon ☀️ 🏝️

The home was beautiful clean and we all for comfortable. The game table in the garage kept the kids occupied when they weren’t in the pool. I definitely want to book this home again!

5 minutes from the beach and students played in the game room down stairs.

The property itself was exactly as I thought it would be. Worked very well for a group of 12 ladies. We had plenty of space and beds. The first day we noticed how gross the grill was and how it seemed broken so we weren’t going to bother using it. The only main issue we had is that the hot tub didn’t work. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We called and were told they would contact the pool maintenance crew and nothing ever happened. Other than that we had the best time and everything else was highly up to standards! The beach is so close. It’s very convenient. I would definitely come back again if the hot tub was working.

My husband and I, our four children, their spouses and our grandchildren absolutely loved this beautiful home. The property manager communicated with us and we didn’t have any issues at all. This house was so close to everything and so perfect for our family. We loved this neighborhood and the area. The house met all of our expectations and more. We spent most of our days in the amazing back yard the pool and hot tub was perfect!! We will definitely be back and rent this home again. We loved South Padre Island and none of us were ready to leave.

We had 3 families meet up for a week long vacation and had a blast! Since the house has three levels it was great for varying sleep/nap times. There was a regular coffee pot as well as a kuerig. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with lots of dishes. The kids all loved the games in the garage. The outdoor kitchen/pool was our favorite part! We did wish that the pool was heated as it was too chilly for most of the family in January, but the hot tub was wonderful. It’s a super short walk to the beach too. A few things our group wished would’ve been included were; kitchen towels/wash cloths, extra blankets and baby gates for the stairs. Overall it was a really fun stay!

Basically to summarize we stayed a week at this home. The only reason I booked this specific home was for the outdoor spa and grilling station. Nothing worked because the propane tank to the house was empty and it took them all week to figure out that was the problem. So for 6 nights we were able to use the spa for one night.

This home is a perfect choice for a vacation rental. This home is equipped with anything and everything you need besides food and your personal belongings. Warning though- If you dont like or do stairs this is a no go for you as the main living area is on the 2nd floor. We didnt mind. This place is so spacious the bedrooms are a good size. We will definitely be coming back in the summer.

Our stay was enjoyable. Pros: Close to the beach Lots of space for our group of 6 to share Kitchen stocked with what you might need to cook a meal Large outdoor space Nice grill and hibachi Lots of beach items for your use Games provided, ping pong, fooseball Outdoor shower Maintenance was quick to respond to our request House was in good shape as far as clean. Cons: Stairs, lots of stairs Layout of house a little awkward, one bedroom access through garage or back porch Could use a little work on the backyard, we requested they weed eat the area around the pool, when they did, threw lots of rocks into the pool, very nice large pots just standing empty, maybe just my garden brain kicking in, but the backyard could be an oasis with just a little work. Backyard patio definitely could use some cleaning, even just blow it free of debris. Lighting hanging over the pool a little scary Cleanliness of the pool was a little lacking, pool person came the day before we left Would I choose this house again, probably not. Next time we will be sure and try and find a place with no stairs.

Excellent stay and beach house. Wish we had more days to stay there and a 12pm checkout.

This was a great place to stay. The highlight about this place would have to be the pool and the shower outside. I absolutely love the fact that a shower existed outside by the pool and it was so spacious. Also, the items in the garage to use at the beach were extremely helpful. Wonderful stay!
