What a lovely place on first impressions. Very clean with all the amenities. Perfect location for football ground

There wasn’t anything to not like,great location,great amenities.

Clean, well equipped. Had the basics such as Tea and Coffee, also plenty of hand soap, shower gel etc..

Great stay. I would definitely stay again. We were given a free room upgrade to a bigger studio which was much appreciated. Very easy check in and check out. Modern, clean and quiet throughout. Loved how convenient the parking was.

The only thing that could of been improved was the placement of the TV. Would of preferred it to be central instead of to the left hand side. Everything else was perfect.

location, cleanliness, comfort were as described. Easy to walk to my work location and the river. Restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

It would have been good to have a cafetiere or similar (the description talks about coffee making facilities) and a bottle opener (for eg a wine bottle). If you want to use the table to work from (with laptop) beware, no power points in reach.

Location was perfect for us visiting family in West Bridgford

We had non stop disturbance. All through the night from people in the flat above us. From 11 pm until 4 am they were continuously up and down stairs and making loud banging noises like they weee moving furniture around. If I owned this property I would not let it to whoever was in that room above us again.

The property was clean

It was absolutely freezing no staff or no contact from staff tried ringing multiple times was ignored and sent the odd text not helpful at all, left early as we was far too cold

Detailed information given regarding arrival at the property, including directions to the car park and related information. Entry to the property and room was via a key pad. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Bus links to the city were 2 minutes walk away, which was ideal.

There were two keypads on the property, therefore, a little confusion regarding which one to use when gaining access to the property. Tea and Coffee facilities were available. However, there we only 2 small sachets of Milk. A few more of these would have been welcomed.

Very clean accommodation with everything we needed supplied like towels and kitchen equipment. Easy access into the room and having a parking space was a bonus.

A little further out from the town centre than I thought. It was a half hour walk.

The Tv is in the wrong place.

Very secure with digital PIN codes to get through the front door and room door. Contactless switches to open them up from the opposite side. Parking space per room available at the back. Excellent room, clean and well equipped. Bathroom was very clean.

The blinds are the wrong type to maintain privacy from the outside, they’re either turned to allow line of sight to the bed, or turned the other way at which point they’re facing a mirror which does the exact same thing. The television was not a smart tv and for some reason mounted above the bed, meaning we had to put pillows down the opposite end just to watch it.

The location was decent. If you are going to the cricket or football it is a perfect place to stay. West Bridgeford is a lovely suburb of Nottingham. The apartment is easy to find and the parking is good. The info provided by the owners is easy to follow and the apartment is clean.

I attempted to contact the owners by phone and email as the heating wasn't working properly and was completely ignored. The apartment was cold and the bed is small and uncomfortable. The Tv is in the most bizarre location and the blinds on the windows let too much light in. I upgraded to a superior room but in my opinion it is a pretty basic apartment. It could be really nice with a few upgrades in comfort and décor.

Everything I needed for overnight stay. Tea, coffee, milk sachets, shampoo, body wash etc. All kitchen equipment worked.

Did hear some other residents opening and closing doors in early hours, but bed so comfy I went straight back to sleep.

The facilities were very good and the location was excellent for cricket at Trent Bridge. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. It felt modern and well designed and the staff in the (remote) office were extremely helpful and obliging.

An armchair would have been welcomed for reading or watching tv, but everything else was excellent.

The drain in the shower needs a clean, water took long to run down the drain 😔

The studio was very well thought out. It had everything I needed. It was absolutely perfect for a nights stay before a meeting the next day. I will definitely come back for a brew leisure stay, especially if going to watch the cricket!

Really close to the cricket stadium, shops and restaurants, an ideal location. Parking onsite was really useful. Had everything you need for a short stay

The evenings became really hot and uncomfortable, so having a fan would have been really useful.

it was a stopover whilst travelling from Switzerland to north Germany. The hotel is situated on extensive grounds by the river and offers plenty of parking.

It was very close to Trent Bridge cricket ground; the outfield is visible from the pavement outside the flat. The room information pointed out the proximity of shops and restaurants in West Bridgeford, so one didn't have to go into Nottingham to eat. There is also a Co-op opposite the entrance to the cricket ground.

There was too much 'stuff' on the kitchen surface so there was was nowhere to put food while preparing it, and most of the storage was taken up with crockery and equipment so there was limited space for a short person (which I am luckily not) to store food. Do people in this type of accommodation use ovens? If not, the space would be better used for low-level storage. My team lost, but that was not the room's fault!
