Place was very clean and taken care of. Room was tidy and clean.

Staff was very friendly and made the check in process seamless. The room was spacious and the tv was easy to navigate. The room was very clean compared with o other rooms I’ve been in lately. I will be a return visitor.

I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree by Hilton. Staff was friendly, room was clean, there was a bug walking on ceiling wall. The hotel carpet had a little smells. I stayed for one day. Overall, its was okay.

Needs upgrading and breakfast included.

The experience was quite underwhelming. The hotel looked quite nice, however, it was understaffed, and some of the staff that was there was very rude. I recall requested actual glass glasses for some drinks and initially was refused They did not provide the typical services of bottled water, And yet they did not have bottled water available in the lobby shop either. The rooms or outdated and Felt like they were cutting corners at every opportunity, Not even providing sufficient towels. When cleaning the room, they did a terrible job and made the bed Over a sheet on which I had unfortunately unfortunately spilled orange soda , but instead of changing it they just pulled the cover over it. They also did not take out the trash.

We got to the hotel at 10 pm and waited 30 minutes to get our room since the power went out. and the rest of the stay was not pleasant due to bad customer service. would not recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was a bit dirty and outdated from a fixtures standpoint which led to a poor quality shower. Quick trip, so it was fine for a night.

property was vey nice and clean and well kept the rooms where nice, but the big area that needs your immediate attention are the beds ... they are the worst we have ever slept on ..please replace them ASAP and your hotel will be up to good status .

The reason for my overall rating not being Excellent was the fact that breakfast was not included in the price we paid and I was told that since we booked thru Expedia, we would have to pay $15 each for breakfast. This was not explained when we booked or I probably would not have stayed here. Needless to say, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were restaurants near by. Other than this, the only complaints I have about the hotel are it was a bit dated and the mattress was a bit lumpy.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to restaurants and was easy to get back to the interstate from the hotel.

Cleaners didn’t clean our bathroom when we arrived. There was hair on the floor like someone just showered before we arrived and the shower floor was still wet.

Got to the hotel about 5 room was not ready. We booked a room here because it had a bar and dining area. Bar wasn’t open neither was the dinning area. Got to our room and the toilet was clogged. Had to call three times to have someone look at it. Would not stay here again.

We were unable to check in for just over an hour after check-in time. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was less than pleasant with the exception of one cleaning personnel. We ordered and paid for a king sized bed and we got two queens (which we overlooked), the tv did not work, the tub looked like it may have been painted which was pealing, the website states there is a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was open from 6 AM to 9 AM. We thought it was a breakfast free with our stay, however, I sat down with my coffee, someone walked by and set a bill down for $16.00. Not a “good morning,” nothing. For a Hilton, it was not a great experience. I’ve stayed in places that were less expensive and had a much better stay. Won’t be coming back!

We asked for another coffee cup for our room. Housekeeper said she didn’t have any We stayed 2nts. Would have thought that the coffee pods and cups would be replenished. Garbage wasn’t emptied and no fresh towels

Rude manager. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom wasn’t clean.

It is near a big road and you could hear some loud noise outside on the road sometimes but most of the night was very quiet.

The hallways where dirty. Crumbs everywhere on third floor. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. Sanitizer stand out of sanitizers. Half a roll of toilet paper.

I liked my stay and would stay again. It was comfortable and clean. Pillows we're nice, bedding was nice. Staff was a hit or miss. A few were fantastic and a few clearly didn't want to be there. All in all it was a nice place to stay. The parking lot was close and convenient.

I was thinking that my room would have a refrigerator and microwave as it did stated as part of the amenities for my stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk told me that some rooms have refrigerators and some don’t. They have 1 microwave that’s in the lobby of the hotel that’s for everybody to use. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Don’t stay here

It was an amazing getaway from home.

My room had a lot of bugs and the thermostat didn’t work.

We have stayed in this hotel before and came back for Thanksgiving weekend because we wanted to hit some hiking trails. This hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and nice. Checkin and checkout are a breeze. The only thing I did not like (and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself) is that one of the nights there was a man parked closer to us and told us “to be aware of our surroundings” - I did not felt as safe as my other trips there that night but the next day everything was fine and nothing else happened. I would recommend this hotel!

We stay at the Double Tree at least two times a month and it’s always been great. This time was a little disappointing I have to say. The carpet had a few pieces of debris left after vacuuming. The shower had a long hair stuck to the side of the shower that was very noticeable. There was only a little bit of toilet tissue left in the roll with no extra rolls in the bathroom. It just felt and looked like the maids did a hurry up job. And we always get the Jr Suite also, which is the best room they have so we do expect it to be clean and top notch. We ordered room service for dinner and after waiting for an hour, I had to call to see what the problem was. They had forgotten to write down my room number so they had to make the food over again. That took an hour and 40 mins to get our dinner finally. Usually we have a great stay, but this visit was not so good.

The first night at this property was terrible! We were in 220 it sounded like we were at an amusement park on a roller coaster ride with the elevators all night long. We did not sleep at all! The second night was just as bad! If you ever stay at this property ask to stay very far away from the elevators! I am happy to be home and finally can get peaceful night of sleep. The front desk didn’t do a thing for me !

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel, especially the beds, pillows and an amazing bathroom shower. We definitely will stay here again!
