Room is in bad condition. The rooms need To be clean better.

In our experience we check inn on time and we wait about 5 hrs after to receive our room, after we wait long time they give us a room with no power light, celings leaking, and beds with ants .Administration and management are terrible they never reach to us to apologize or try to fix the situation . We pay a lot amount of money for specific room and they give us different with a lot of problems . Never will come back never

No elevator, no seafood, the restaurant takes too long. Food not too good. The buffet no air condition n still get line. Too hot. Same food every day.

We had a good time but there was times that i couldn't get a glass of champagne or a mojito. Most of the staff was friendly but the bartenders sometimes were too busy cleaning an hour before close at 6pm and wouldn't make me anything that involved a blender. Drinks were good but they also ran out of ingredients "conveniently" all the time

Overall good place to visit and the staff are nice and accommodating. We are use to staying in Presidential suites so we upgraded to the Adult only side with a much better room. It was $50 per night to upgrade. We had an Adult only side restaurant and pool area with daily horderves which was very nice! We most certainly enjoyed our massages (the highlight of our trip) and the dry and wet saunas.

Staffing and entertainment was excellent and property was clean

employees are so professional, helping you all the time, everything they offer you online you get it, people are so nice and respectful, food is delicious!!

Loved the beach, it was very clean. And the big pool. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was very hot. The air conditioning was not working. The service of the staff was excellent

Everything was perfect especially the photography crew and the entertainment crew. Only thing I was upset about was that our room had a lot of flies in it at all times.

I did like entertainment group !!! All members of entertainment group are rely good ,guy name “Chocolate”it’s great !!! Food all over was ok . But if you try to eat in any restaurant beside buffet be ready to wait in line for long time , unless you are at the door at 6pm or before they open ! Some of bartenders didn’t heard of some most common cocktails, could be to lack of English language. Speaking of , make sure you learn some basic Spanish or have your “google translate “ ready if you want to ask for something. Some of staff members as hostess, front desk, management personal speak English , but most of service people don’t speak any English or just a little! Staff at coffee shop it’s really nice and polite! Property itself it’s ok , but there is a lot space for improvement! Beach it’s nice , beside a fact that there are a lot of see grass in the water , but after day or two you use to . There a lot of lounge chairs at the beach and even on busy day should not be issue finding some . Cleanness of rooms it’s not something you should expect . In 7 days our room was visited by cleaning personal only twice and even this two times were only because we keep asking , complaining and reporting to everyone from cleaning ladies to front desk and management ! Third day we gave good tip to cleaning lady in front of our room asking her to please clean room , stock toilet paper , give us clean towels and even after that our room wasn’t touched !!!

Beach could be cleaned more often !

Entertainment Staff and shows were very good. That’s the only thing my kids liked.

We have gone to several resorts over the years but this is our worst experience. Housekeeping was terrible. We had two rooms. 5 day stay and one room got cleaned twice and the other room once and only after two days of me going to the housekeeping and front desk multiple times to say something. No face cloths what so ever, had to keep asking for fresh towels. One room smelled and toilet didn’t flush properly. The restaurants options appeared to have many choices online but fail to mention only two to three available each night and rotate. Small food portions- appetizer for 3 people was half a potatoe skin. Beach had trash, cups, plates leftover night next to loungers. Only highlight was amstar excursions, entertainment crew and the Brazilian restaurant. Waiting staff had no regard for customer service. Would completely ignore certain patrons based on nationality- very disappointing. Beautiful country unfortunately not beautiful people representing it.

Swim out pool was dirty. Same things for eating in buffet everyday. Nothing wow about room. All chrome things were rusted

We are in sunscape club family suite but the restaurant check the room and say we not on the club list .I have to go to office to complain then second time we come for lunch happens exactly the same…so embarrassed .The room service not refill the shower towels wait we call and ask they say yes but not bring in until we call second time they wait 4 hours later then bring 2 towels.I like the service peoples at chopsticks restaurant special the lady service for drinks so friendly and kind

Food was terrible. Resort has had many previous flooding issues and the walls have serious mold issues. Many people in out 11 people group got sick from the food as they wear no gloves, or use any sanitary precautions. I would not recommend this resort at all. The only part that is amazing is the employees there and the entertainment crew is phenomenal.

Everything was above average except for the food. It could use a bit of seasoning 😝

My husband and I brought our daughter and boy friend, rooms were great , air condition great , would be nice to have a small table and chairs, property is a smaller property which is nice. We had a swim out ,only drawl back is they don't net or clean them daily , lots of floating stuff . Food was ok .. try chopsticks best restaurant on property others not worth the wait , adult buffet was ok … pretty much same exact thing everyday. Monkeyland 3 adventure was awesome , beach at resort is very nice too. Pool waitress were great , swim up bar to small and crowded with a bunch of drunks. … all in all a great trip

They have a terrible sewer system that backed up and flooded the entire 1st floor of our building. We had to wade through terrible stinking sewer water out to find our what to do, had to wade back in to get our stuff, and back out again. So disgusting and according to a person there it happens regularly. None of the staff seemed surprised by it. They relocated us to downgraded rooms with no offer to reimburse us. Besides the ankle high sewer walks the food was pretty blah, no entertainment, we would never go back.

We loved the resort overall. Could use some updating on rooms. And def the air conditioning. Some nights sleeping was uncomfortable because it was hot in there. Best place to eat was the Italian restaurant, Rosa was our favorite server. She welcomed us every day to either the buffet or the restaurant with open arms. She went above and beyond accommodating us with dinner choices she is def a gem and a beautiful soul we will remember always. The best part of our trip was the entertainment team. We took our 18 year old kids on this trip and they absolutely had so much fun with these individuals especially Chocolate and Nickie Minaj. They welcomed our kids every single day and included them in so many activities. They are def a 20 and truly make that team. Meloso wasn’t sure how to take him sometimes. He’s def more quiet one but the more you were around him he is so funny. Rihanna beautiful absolutely beautiful. These four indivuals made our week so much fun. Free spirits at will. May god bless them with good health and fortune. I think without the entertainment team it would have gotten boring for our kids. The hospitality above and beyond. We would def return.

The food was very basic and greasy

We had a wonderful experience, paid for the Sun Club, loved the amenities, food options and service was FANTASTIC. Would return!

June 8 to 12,2024. SICKED,STRESSED,DISSAPOINTED‼️ Vacation turned into nightmare. -Room not ready upon check in. Staffs at sun club check in are not punctual -food in buffet sucks! Not all A la carte restaurants open for dinner. -Diarrhea at its finest‼️ if you mistakenly come here make sure you bring your medicine‼️ - husband got sick on day 2 to 4, imagine having diarhea and no water in the washroom‼️. - I’ve got sick on day 3, it was my first time experiencing that kind to my history of travelling all inclusive hotels. Eating banana and toast during the day not so enjoying. So scared to eat anything else‼️ -Some rude staff have attitude, rolling eyes, smirking, unapologetic for the inconvenience, seems unhappy working. Only few are friendly -incidents of no water in the washroom june 9,11&12. - bathroom sink draining slow -cable not working -bed is too firm very uncomfortable -unit on the 3rd floor, elevator not working - beach is seaweedy -dog wandering around, dog’s poop in beach -too many vendors in the beach, kinda annoying -night program is fine Not worth my hard earned money. That feeling of wanted to leave on day 2. They even told me that ive got the wrong impression when I sent update about my stay. Well, my first impression was totally right‼️ not recommended..AVOID‼️

The beach was good. Entertainment staff was not that great and engaging. Room was infested with mosquitoes. (Made a complaint with front management staff) We both got food poisoning before leaving. (Made a complaint with front management staff)

More attention should be focused at the food, we got uncooked, cold, not eatable meals… this is a must, even more when this is a Hotel that takes kids… Room was ok, but AC didn't work properly throughout our stay. On the good side, entertainment was good and personnel was always friendly. 3 out of 5 barely
