Valet was easy and customer service was great...very friendly and seamless. Check in was very quick. Breakfast was very good! only negative - pull out couch/double mattress was very uncomfortable. A bit of water on the floor in the bathroom from a leak in the toilet? We'll be back.

The staff are always extremely courteous. Whether it's from a counter clerk, doorman or room attendant, guests are constantly asked if there's anything we need. Costumer service is outstanding! The rooms are very clean and have a well stocked kitchen. The location is within a short walking distance to the theatre district. We will continue to stay here every time we visit Toronto.

I was in Toronto for a gig. The residence inn was lovely! The only note I have is that the bottled water should have been complimentary.

We experienced an unfortunate incident. When my family from Spain, planned the trip to Canada and we decided to join them in Toronto, we chose Marriott as our first line of hotel chain. Residence Inn is our favorite brand due to the convenience for families. When we found out, that our family slept the night before in a broken mattress, we felt insulted. We called the front desk and requested a functional mattress for our family, or-another bedroom. We never asked for an upgrade. He offered as a solution to move for a bigger room. We did in our own at 10:30pm. This is not something a customer should do before going to sleep. We understood by his own words, the night will be waived, and it was reasonable. Then, i received an invoice with the total amount for the two nights. Then the company Marriot offer of 30% and upgrade for our next stay in Toronto . This compensation is not going to ameliorate or diminished out disappointment. The truth is, we paid for a service that is not even at a level of a human being. We at not planning to go back to Toronto not to this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff!

A great 5 night stay in Toronto in a hotel with friendly and professional staff. A good location to get around the city. Check in was easy and the cleaning staff on our floor friendly The hotel is a little tired but still comfortable. Breakfast queue for Memorial weekend was almost unbearable and the staff worked exceptionally hard to smooth the process. I enjoyed my stay so much that we didn't complain about the bottle of water we were charged for that we didn't have! We would stay here again

Fast check-in and everything else was as advertised. We usually skip the complimentary breakfast but we were pleasantly surprised food. Overall stay was great.

the staff gives excellent service, the site is very good, the chrome was perfect but the cleanliness on the plinths there was dirt, dust, the mirror door the bottom of the mirror with the metal really dirty and the view of the room between two buildings was very dark so no view and very weak outside light, for the rest beautiful place

Old facility. The AC makes sound that doesn’t let you sleep, not to mention that it blows directly to you. The breakfast is poor and most of the time there was a long waiting line to sit. Most staff were not up to standards and they do not know how to communicate. I asked for the manager more than once and they told me he was not there but he will get back to you, but he didn’t!

The room was spacious and the reception and restaurant staff were friendly. The chambermaid was very rude and one day she even yelled at us. The room was not particularly clean, there was long hair in the bathtub and on the carpet. Breakfast is included but it is very limited, it would be a great improvement if they expanded their buffet offer a little.

I have been charged 250 CAD deposit to my credit card and the refund has still not been processed. No Invoice has still been emailed to me with the deposit of 250 CAD credited back to me

Everything was great except late check-in. We arrived at 4pm with my family but we waited more than an hour at the lobby before we get in to our room. They said our room is not yet ready.
