Their renovations are complete. Of the places I stayed at this time, this one had the most comfortable bed. I wish they had Reelz TV station. The person who checked me in didn't mention breakfast. They at least used to have breakfast.

Our stay was excellent! I was able to check in early and find a cart right away which made bringing my things to my room smooth. Front desk was very polite and professional. Our room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

restaurants, hospitals.Hotel was quiet, but don't plan on watching much tv. Very limited cable. Laundry facility was convenient. In hotel restaurant was a little pricey. But plenty of choices in the area . Overall would recommend.

Late night and early morning conversations from the guests in the room to our right was obnoxious, inconsiderate and inexcusable. We will likely never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn ever again.

My experience at this hotel was a horrible.Very unprofessional staff and never had my room cleaned for all three nights. Even when l requested for my room to be cleaned it was never cleaned. When l was checking out l complained at the front desk and the receptionist was just staring at me without any apologies. The hotel should do better. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Strange location, parking is not the safest environment. Room was nice and clean. Staff was not very helpful

Check-in was terrible, couldn’t do digital key, they had no idea of the cost, they held us at the counter for 15 mins while they figured it out. Fridge in the room was not plugged in…I guess that is because it doesn’t work. Good thing we had a cooler or we would have been screwed with my wife’s medications.

Great Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location, which made it very convenient for our activities and exploring the area.
Cons:
Under Construction: Unfortunately, the property was undergoing construction during our stay.
- Parking Issues: We encountered problems with parking. When we returned from our event, there were no available parking spots, which was frustrating.
- No Late Check-Out: Additionally, we were disappointed to find out that late check-out was not an option, which disrupted our plans for the day.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the construction, parking issues, and lack of late check-out were significant drawbacks.

Booked this room on our way back home from being on a getaway and a surprise engagement. Everyone at the hotel was amazing! It’s Mothers Day weekend and even housekeeping spoke and said hello and happy Mother’s Day as they walked by. And not to mention everything is clean and stocked in the rooms as far as towels, coffee supplies and such. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again!!

Lovely, clean hotel near Hanes Mall. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kind of a downer that the pool was being renovated, but that was clearly communicated at booking. Staff was super friendly. Great stay.

The hotel has a greenway starting right beside it that follows a creek. It's a really nice place to take a walk or run. The hotel itself is nice and clean. It's in a safe, quiet area. We'll definitely stay there again.

The hotel is under construction. But, the stay was amazing. We had a great time. The location is across the street to the mall and 6 minutes from Surge is you have kids. Plus, you have a skating rink 9 minutes away. This is great is you have children.

The hotel is being renovated, and the workers seemed to be working constantly (24/7). "Plastic walls" were put up and taken down, even blocking access to the lobby. Dust, wet paint, tile-less floors were common. When I wanted to checked in, I was told to walk across a piece of wood to get to the reception desk. The beds, however, were very comfortable, and the room was quiet.

It was horrible- no where during my booking was I told that construction was happening or no hot tub or that pool was closed - or that animals allowed - the workout equipment was dirty with dust. The shower water pressure was like a sprinkle- it was my 72nd birthday and I wanted all things that were missing and my breakfast was not free as advertised- it was a flop

I came with my PSD and the check in girl insisted the dog was an ESA. I felt I wasn’t treated properly and will not go out of my way to stay at a Hilton property again.
