One night only. Very comfortable and quiet. Lots of stores and restaurants within a few minutes.

Beds had no box spring and were incredibly low to the floor. Sheets didn’t even fit on the bed. Bed was uncomfortable.
There were no black out curtains - just a shade that let a lot of parking lot light in.

I stay at lots of hotels, some of which are very nice resorts. I’ve never met a staff as friendly as this staff. I don’t know all of the names but Blue, the person working next to him and the woman that worked in the breakfast area both mornings (9/28 and 9/29) were strikingly different (better) than other people in their positions. It was as if I was at a bed and breakfast. Please make sure they know they’re doing a wonderful job.

The first room of our 3 night stay started out ok. Here is what I noticed. The shower would not get hot. When I asked about it I was told to run the sink water cause the water heater was on other side. I Ran the water for over 5 minutes and still not hot. Then the curtain is so short the water leaks to the floor and you need extra towels to clean it up. The AC is set to a certain temperature and even if you lower the temp it will not get colder. Staff was rude and not helpful just on their phones or sitting around chatting.
They moved us to our second room where the curtain again was to short. Water temp was great but the water faucets were falling offf. The AC had the same issue.
I don’t think the small savings you might get is worth staying here. Stay downtown.

The only thing was how low the bed was in our room and the tub was a little high to get in and out of. The toilet was different and had to adjust to it so we felt comfortable.

We were frustrated to find that the room we booked had been given to someone else. There are not sufficient wheelchair accessible rooms and not being able to accurately reserve one is problematic. Everything else about our stay was very good.

I was charged a pet fee of $ 75 per dog. One dog was an 11 lb. Maltese and the other was a 4 lb. toy poodle. The charge for the dogs was more more the room. Had I known of the pet charge before hand, I would not have stayed at that hotel. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HAMPTON INN & SUITES AGAIN.

The property as far as the actual rooms and hotel was clean. The street and surrounding property had a lot of trash. Not sure that is the responsibility of the hotel but it is a detriment.
The hotel was noisy and a "party" was held in the patio/courtyard area that was right under our window. (2nd floor) The music was being played so loud at 10:30 pm that a complaint was made to the front desk and no solution was achieved. They were allowed to continue well after the complaint. This was an infringement on all the guests who were not involves in the party.

Hotel and property are clean and well maintained. Front desk staff is very helpful. Bed was not so comfortable for us, but maybe it's just different from home. Great coffee is available all the time.

3rd floor carpet was very bumpy making it hard to walk at time. The pool was cold, our hot water in our room was cold after asking twice if it could be fixed. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Some of the staff weren’t very helpful but I wanted to shout out Winston at front desk and the older woman that helps out with clean up was very friendly and sweet. Other than that it I would t stay here again.

Excellent service at front desk and breakfast area. Our room was very clean. Needed extra pillows, which were provided upon request. The property, interior and exterior, are kept up to date and clean

Over all a nice place and the young man that checked us was very nice and there was another gentleman I think he was custodian that was at the front and he was very nice.
My only issues was the sheets didn’t fit the beds and there were no black out curtains and the lights from outside made it hard to get the baby to sleep.
