The staff gets the five stars! The rooms used were ok for a single person not a couple. Asked for two twin beds both times but ended up with a double during both stays. Toilet area was too small for a big guy. (Rm 2007) there was a curtain to separate the toilet area with sleeping area. Will need to be more demanding on next stay. However the condition of the room, the staff made it up in service. Every meal was serviced by the greatest help from staff

Bed was hard, no couch in room, desk area toght, bathroom lacked privacy and only had a curtain to separate it from rest of room….toilet area very tight!

One-night stay before an early flight to Manchester. Hotel and staff were lovely, as was our room. And being able to walk to/from the airport can't be beat. Will gladly stay anytime we're flying out of Lisbon.

The flight arrived late at night, so I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was about a five-minute walk from Lisbon Airport, but I didn't understand at all, so I wandered around the exit of the airport for a while, and the woman who was cleaning up showed me where I could see the hotel, so I managed to get there.
It's definitely a five-minute walk, and it's straight from the airport, but it's hard to find the way.
The date has changed, but they checked in. Breakfast in this hotel is from 2:00 to 11:00. Even if you arrive on a late-night flight, you can eat breakfast after taking a shower and sorting out your luggage.
It's a bit expensive just to sleep, but the hotel is modern and convenient. There is no bathtub.
All the staff are kind.

Short stay. I had an early flight. Got to the hotel late and left early. It was wonderful that the hotel has an early continental breakfast that started at 2a.m. I was able to eat before heading to the airport which was a short walk with a slight incline. If you have more than 2 heavy bags, it’s a tough one.

The lobby is small, and has the decor of a photo shoot in Paris, they do have a restaurant with pizza’s sandwich’s. A breakfast buffet which we missed.
Super quiet rooms on the first floor.
Loved how we could walk to the hotel from the airport, very easy slightly down hill.

The Star Inn is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the Lisbon airport. You can easily walk there. The staff is great and the very available breakfast is very nice. The room itself is small.

The beds were comfortable , the breakfast was good, glass doors for toilet and shower but there is a curtain that can be drawn for privacy. Shuttle to airport every 15 minutes was good but crowded in the morning so leave extra time. Airport is very chaotic and not well laid out so leave extra time for checking in. The climate control is complicated but the room safe is very easy to use. Hotel check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of charging receptacles- shower was strong and easy to use. Not much closet space - I wish there were more hooks-

Very clean, nicely appointed and well run hotel. The buffets in the restaurant were shockingly good. Obviously this hotel prides itself on quality food and food safety. We were very impressed with the food in the restaurant (quality, taste, etc.). The hotel itself was very clean, the room was comfortable and nicely appointed, and the staff was very accommodating and polite. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who has an early flight out of Lisbon or is just arriving and needs a place to stay for a night or two.

The Hotel Star Inn Lisbon Airport is a very convenient hotel to stay if you need to be at the airport for an early flight the following day. The hotel is has a shuttle service, but you need to call them to pick you up at your arrival. The pick up is at Parking Lot 2, where there is a sign for Star Inn and Melia hotel pick-up. This is one of the two hotels on site at the airport. Check-in is easy and the staff is very helpful. Dinner buffet is available until 11 pm, and breakfast starts at 2 AM - 12 noon. They will also accommodate for a late check out. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is every 15 minutes.

Hotel was a good place to stay if you have to overnight at the airport. It offered a decent buffet the night we stayed and breakfast the next morning was also good. Otherwise, dining options were limited unless you want to walk over to the airport terminal.

We were assigned to room 2010. When we walked into the room there was a strong mold smell and an over perfume smell as well. I immediately started sneezing and my husband called the front desk. We were given another room. I continued to sneeze until the next day and in the morning when I took my shower my chest was covered with hives.

The big plus for this hotel is the proximity to the airport and the availability of a shuttle for transportation. Another one is a very good breakfast.
The room’s bathroom was very unpleasant. They renovated the bathrooms and now it is an open space with glass doors enclosing toilette and shower. Privacy is very limited. The toilet space is ridiculously small. We have to open the door in order to be able to move inside. Access to towels from the shower is very awkward. I am very disappointed. The old bathrooms were more user friendly.
