New building is nice but door to balcony not working plug toilet all the time, other areas and restaurants outdated, very dirty beach

Cheap price is noticable. Good hotel overall but needs work.

Buffet needs more variety and some improvement.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The property was very beautiful and clean. Food was amazing and there were many different options to choose from. Pools and beaches were lovely. Lots of things to do around the property and it is a very walkable area.

Very tired hotel would not stay here again

Travelocity needs to get updated photos for this property. It looks nothing like the photos online. The pools and beach area were very dirty. The loungers were dirty, the restaurants that were all supposed to be open, were not. Only really saw two open restaurants. One was decent but the one by the pool was questionable. The drinks were unidentifiable ask for a margarita and got mostly Fresca. All the drinks were bad so we just didn’t drink there. Breakfast buffet was good at Aquamarina. Dinner at same was good if it were Mexican food. Rooms were bare minimum but clean. A/C was questionable in some rooms and excellent in others. We had 3 rooms, one was great the other OK and the 3rd we had to go buy a fan and didn’t have a lamp. Overall I would not stay here again as this hotel is very tired. The staff on the other hand was very accommodating and courteous as all Mexican nationals are and which is why I enjoy going to Mexico. Also, the river was next to the hotel. So when it rained in the mountains, the water looked like chocolate in the bay right in front of hotel. It took a couple days to get back to normal. This couldn’t be helped but do not recommend staying at a hotel where the river is close. This was my first trip to Puerto Vallarta, this has not deterred me from coming back. I would just need to choose a newer and all adult hotel closer to if not in Zona Romantica. But I heard there’s a river down that way too but we didn’t see any brown water that way.

Good Hotel. Sandra from the front desk helped us a lot, it made the whole experience better.

We as family of 5 were very disappointed in our stay. The pool was crowded and had green dirty water. Never pools seats available. Also, was dirty cups and food around the pool area. There was vomit in the pool and no one was there to clean it up. The restrooms by the pool area and restaurants are dirty every time we used them. We won’t stay here ever again.

Staff was very friendly. Property needs repairs

The hotel room walls were leaking and the electrical outlets and lights were flickering as a result. Felt unsafe and we had to move. The WiFi didn’t work for half our trip either. The property was also way older than shown in the pictures. It did not feel like a resort vacation. Expedia advertised 4 restaurants on site and a snack bar which convinced us to pick this resort and spend way extra and buy all inclusive but only 1 restaurant and a snack bar with the same food was available. We would not have spent so much for all inclusive if Expedia had accurate information about the property.

To my great surprise, customer service is on very high level.

This was our first experience in Puerta Vallarta and at at all inclusive resort. We had a wonderful time.

We loved staying here. Its super close to the airport. All staff were attentive and we were even greeted with a drink. We had a room with ocean view, it was so beautiful. The room was clean and they would offer to stock up twice a day. Breakfast was delicious lunch and dinner was ok. The pool temperature was perfect. There was entertainment such as loteria, trivia and even snack time while being in the pool. Overall great trip. Will be back

Did not like the birds around the food

The gym facilities were poorly maintained and some of the equipment were inoperable. I did enjoy the hospitality and comfort of the resort. A water fountain or water bottle filling station would have made the trip just that more enjoyable. Having a fancy coffee machine or barista to serve specialty coffee would have been a good change to the regular coffee served throughout the day.

Pros: inexpensive, pools, right next to the beach, 2 min walk to Porfirios Mex Restaurant, 6 min walk to mall. Cons: not the cleanest, food mediocre, everything closes early,

Food is terrible .no beef or seafood at lunch or dinner .italian is terrible pizza too many cheese pasta was ok .only pork and we as a family dont eat pork .best not te get all inclusive get breakfast only and eat outside .breakfast is the only good meal .rest of meals are horrible and repeated all food with pork

Amazing Service

We reserved and paid for a King Size bed in our room they put us in a room with a full size bed. The safe was broken and the walls were so thin we could hear everything the people next door were saying. They moved us to another room with a King size bed. The front desk refused to give me the key to the new room,, they said the bellhop had to move us and he would bring the key. He came and moved us but did not have a key. The maid had to let us in. The Bellhop said he would be right back with the key, after an hour wait we went back to the front desk to finally get our key. All of this took 1.5 hours. This property is very dated and not in good repair. We overloom abandoned buildings on their property, trees that fell over and have been there for a long time. I would not recommend this property. The saving grace is the staff is very friendly.

You get what you pay for. The food wasn’t great, the room didn’t have any hooks to hang towels or bathing suits but the staff were attentive and lovely. The weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful.

Excellent staff, I would suggest that the areas( guest services) desk) need cleaning/updating. Main dining area, black fencing - need to be cleaned- dusted, toilets pool area , near DJ booth, plumbing need to be addressed. Social host- DJ-Derek? Was very good

I've stayed there twice. Very positive experience.

My biggest problem with this resort was upon checking in, you get two complementary bottles of water in your room and that’s it. There were three of us staying in the room and if we wanted more water, we had to pay 25 pesos per bottle. We drink a lot of water and have never been limited in other resorts. Our beds were really comfortable and our room was a good size and had a balcony which was nice. The food was ok. If you’re craving for guac and salsa you won’t find any here. The à la cart restaurants were not great. The staff are good but there are no servers on the beach if that’s what you’re looking for. The pools are decent and the beach is nice. The grounds of the resort are nice as well. Lots of raccoons which were neat to see. If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive no bells or whistles all inclusive place to stay, this would do the trick.

The pool was dirty, and the food was not good.

I order 2 beds and give me one, with the excuse that used was that hotels.com did not pass my order properly and that they couldn’t do anything about it because they were full I saw a cockroach in the bedroom The food menu was short and the food not that good Vomit in the pool No servers in the sea section, so if you want a drink, you will have to go to the bar For the price I paid it was not worthy at all All hotel and the ceilings were dripping You can stay for less money and better hotels, I thought because of the branch it was going to be good, but no

This place is NOT a 4star resort not even close to 2! AC not working, shower drain is clogged! Food at buffet always the same, Japanese restaurant that serves wonton, Italian restaurant that serves linguine instead of fettuccine, I can go on and on! Don’t waste your money on this resort
