The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen gadgets, entertainment (Netflix and uoutube). Good and comfortable furnishings. Cap Cana area is nice and it has its own private beach.

The apartment central air condition was deliberately restricted to 25 degrees Celsius (78 degrees Celsius or 78 degrees Fharenheit. It was impossible to sleep or to rest. On day 3 and 4 of my time spent there, in addition to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 not having cool air, there was a water leak coming down from the kitchen ceiling thru the hood, and down to the stove resulting inundated with water. Water was everywhere on the counters and seeping from underneath the stove to kitchen, living/dining areas. Despite of the above circumstances listed above, the most serious comment I have is about the property owner who expressed disbelief to my reporting comments regarding the state of the a/c. I never received an apology or "I am sorry" type of statement. He was more interested in repairing his property at my time and expense.than resolving the issues for his guests. He never offered a reimbursement proposal or an alternate plan, in addtion to the lacked of empathy to deal effectively with his guests' necessities.
