the room is to small and too much noise

Location was good but that is about all.

Bedding not adequate. Room much too small. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. Noisy at night with other guests.

I love Church bells and they were right across the street from my balcony. The location is excellent…close to the Malecon and excellent restaurants, Leys grocery store, and many other interesting shops and bars.

one dog barks a lot. I guess he is just protecting his territory 🧐

A long time to get warm water in the shower, dog about me barking nonstop an hours at a time, noisy clients, slamming doors, etc. OK for a cheap seats. Great location

Excellent location, but the rooms are quite small and look rather old. Everything works fine though.

Lived the size of the room

Charged significantly more than what booking.com told me I would be paying upon arrival. The door knob was broken and didn't feel super safe as it didn't lock. They would not fix when I requested. The church bells are ght outside and go off every morning g at 6 am 12 times.

The property is near the malecon and right across the street from a beautiful church. I like the location because it is near the heart of the tourist zone but not in it, allowing you to avoid the many merchants if you like. The staff is amazing… very friendly and helpful with directions, setting up rides and giving information. Very comfy beds, strong wifi and aircon. Flat screen TV’s. Very clean and a good deal, even during the holidays!

Staff and location are terrific. Lovely view of the church just across the street and easy walking access to the beach.

Occasional loud dogs. Internet service has intermittent connection issues.
