We were 13 and loved the property, the location being near at least 2 beaches and the wonderful, accommodating staff. Kudos to Felix for making every effort to please us, to Piu and the other chef for delicious never ending food, 2 amazing cleaning people Diana and Altagracia and to Arturo for keeping tabs on everything while managing our trip.

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! Our group of seven couples felt like royalty as every need was attended to seamlessly from before arrival to our departure. The communication with the concierge coordinated every detail from transportation, daily menu, dinner reservations and excursions. Upon arrival, we did not need to lift a finger! Drinks, snacks, dinners, laundry were always attended to so we could just enjoy the gorgeous home and all its amenities! They even arranged in home massages on the terrace. Do not miss the opportunity to be spoiled and enjoy a true full service vacation. You will return refreshed!

We were attending a wedding near by and need a large house that would accommodate a party of 20. This house was amazing and comfortable with a staff that made the overall experience exceptional. We would definitely recommend this place and come back ourselves.

We stayed at the property from November 30 to December 3 and our entire experience was one that we can’t stop talking about. Everyone appreciated the beauty of the property as well as the beauty of the staff. The ENTIRE staff was accommodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed; their hospitality was unmatched. I would highly recommend anyone book this Villa as it gave us absolutely nothing to complain about. If you’re currently on the fence about booking, get off and book!

We had excellent interactions with the host and concierge prior to arrival, and once we arrived, we were greeted by a fabulous staff, we had all the groceries and drinks we requested, and we entered into a property that was even more lovely in person than in the listing. The butler, Jose, treated us all like royalty whether delivering freshly made drinks poolside or setting up a dance party to on the patio for the birthday party. He was attentive, available but not invasive, and had such a positive can-do attitude at all times. We wanted to take him home with us! The chef, Pio, cooked up delicious options for all including our vegetarian and pescatarian friends. One day he was able to get fresh lobsters and incorporated them into a delicious pasta night menu as well as lobster salad for the lunch following day! The concierge, Bryan, helped to arrange massages, yoga, pickleball, golf and a private catamaran. From the moment we arrived until our tearful goodbyes, we were pampered and made to feel right at home in this island paradise. The two housekeepers (both named Altagracia) were quietly keeping things in order - our beds were magically made and bathrooms cleaned while we slipped out for breakfast or a swim in the pool and we came home with freshly laundered clothes. I cannot recommend this property enough. A 5-minute drive from the airport and paradise awaits!

First off, let me start by saying the BEST vacation ever! hands down. My husband and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary with a group of 18 family and friends. The house gave RICH RICH vibes and energy; making you feel so empowered to be your happy amazing self! Jose, the butler/concierge/host was a 20 out of 10. He was always available to assist with all our needs and wants. His personality and energy are amazing. He always made us feel like we were at home. Pio, the chef, deserves a chefs kiss for his amazing talent and skills in the kitchen. Every meal he prepared was absolutely delicious. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Late night snack were all yummy. The housekeepers were good; the only one complaint I had is the housekeeping staff did not do our personal laundry as it stated in the description of booking the house (even though we had our dirty laundry in the basket to be cleaned) they didn't start doing our laundry until the 3rd day after we had to ask for it to be done; other than that, they did a good job. If you are looking at this property and reading reviews, my suggestion is to Run not walk to hit the BOOK button. You will not be disappointed nor will your guests. If you want to experience what the lifestyle of the rich and famous feels like (temporarily) you must book this property. I can't wait to return in 2024! Thank you for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!

Our family (there were 16 of us ranging from ages 14 to 85) had the pleasure of staying at this property as we celebrated a host of graduations and milestone birthdays. We love to travel and have incredibly high standards when it comes to our accommodations and service. What we experienced was better than any of us could have envisioned. From the moment we booked, the communications with the concierge were quick, thorough, and helpful. The home is gorgeous and has amenities that met the needs of everyone in our party. We took the golf carts out daily to explore the resort. We visited the beach daily, had the BEST massages at the spa, and the men had a blast golfing on property. We spent most of our time enjoying the wonderful pool at the house. The staff is nothing short of amazing! They are kind, incredibly attentive, and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in the door. Jose kept the drinks flowing and never missed a beat. Every meal that Pio made was delicious! And the house was spotless every morning when we arose. If you’re debating over whether to book this home, DO IT! This will be a vacation that your group will never forget!

The stay was awesome! The service offered by Jose, Pieo (cook), Alta, and Noori were exceptional. The menu was mixed up sufficiently to have a different flavor and theme each day. We had 15 in our party. Transportation to the villa and back was easy. Each bedroom was uniquely designed. The pool area was clean and had a clear view of the golf course and the sea shore beyond. One of the best vacations our family has had-- thanks to the excellent facility, great staff, and super coordination between us and the host. ~Bathi K.

From arriving the first day to the final departure our group was amazing and did everything to make us feel right at home. The house was spacious and had more than enough room to accommodate 20 people. Every day, morning to night, we were able to transition from breakfast to dinner, change clothes, and were glad to have our meals at the house. We could easily fit 22 people around the dining room table so we could enjoy great food and laughed all night. Pio our Chef, was able to prepare food to wow everyone’s taste buds. Alberto, the smiling and charming butler was looking over everyone’s shoulder to make sure the guests were comfortable, Alta and Nordes made the place feel like home. Our guests went deep sea fishing, caught very big fish and Pio cooked the fish several different meals. I truly recommend staying home dinner. The ambiance, view of the golf course and the presentation of the meals were incredible. The golf carts and bicycles were just what we needed for exercise. I am very sad we had to leave. Raisa, Michel and Laura helped with the coordination of transportation, photographer and catering for our wedding. We are incredibly thankful and we will definitely be back!

If I could, I would have rated this property 4.5 stars. Our family of 14 ranges in age from 2 to 75. There were a variety of places for us to gather comfortably as a group and more than enough space for people to get away on their own. The staff was always smiling and tried to meet all of our requests. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone happy - the Ecological Preserve is a must. I think providing accurate information to us and follow through was the one area that fell short. For example, we were told there would be car seats and sand toys, neither of which was provided. A favorite family activity which most of us enjoy immensely is pickleball. I asked before we arrived whether there were courts and was told no---there are actually two beautiful courts. These were minor annoyances and really did not detract from our stay, which was wonderful. We would definitely choose this house again.

We surprised my husband for his 50th birthday and the staff was amazing!!! We had a great trip and they took care of everything for us!

Wow! This home is one you need to see. The entire layout and set up for large groups looking to enjoy themselves during their time in DR was perfect. All rooms were comfortable and clean with complete privacy. Access to the pool centrally located looking at the golf course and ocean is great for days in the sun. The back yard can be set up for games. Last but not least, the house staff and their ability to handle all the things you need during your stay was seamless. We had everything we needed food and beverage wise when we arrived. They took care of preparing every meal we had planned on time. They kept the drinks flowing and they did this all while putting up with a group that listens to their music loud and parties hard! I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to bring in a big life event with a big group!

Stayed there for my Mom’s 70th birthday with three small children, an infant, two 70 year olds, and 6 30+ adults. Would recommend for all ages. The house is even more stunning in person than in the pictures. You are on the golf course but still have a great view of the ocean. Michel, Raisa, and Bryan were great in helping us coordinate the trip before we got there and during our stay. Chef Pio made incredible meals. We regretted going out to eat and wish we just ate all meals at the house! The babysitter service arranged was great though. Jose was great and also made incredible drinks for both kids and adults. We had two birthdays while there that they made extra special. There is plenty to do just at the house and nearby. We also played golf, went on a catamaran, went to the spa, and beach. Unfortunately it was too windy for scuba diving or other beach activities but they are available. Everything arranged by Michel/Bryan and team was a great experience. One person in our party even left their ID in their bedroom and it was somehow waiting for us at the gate through customs before we boarded. Can’t wait to come back and recommend the vacation to others.

Everything about our stay here was incredible- we cannot speak highly enough. The accommodations were spacious and clean, the amenities like the pool and golf carts allowing us easy access to the beach were so helpful, and Jose (the property manager on site) and Pio (the chef) and the entire staff were absolutely unmatched. The meals prepared were healthy, delicious, and were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions in our party. Suggestions made for dinner outings were also so wonderful. The only snafoo we encountered was in home massage services were not timely, so if you are interested in that, I’d recommend heading to the actual spa (a 5 minute golf cart ride away). We definitely plan on coming again, and commend the property, its owners, management, and staff for making our stay so fabulous.

We recently celebrated a birthday on property with a total of 10 adults five couples. Staff is excellent. Location is terrific back it up to a golf course and you can see directly to the water. Everything is well organized and made for a very enjoyable weekend.

Trustworthy & Dependable THE EXCURSIONS: BRIAN Brian assisted in lining up all the excursions for our family. The service he provided was extremely helpful for our family because of the language barrier. THE ENTIRE HOUSE STAFF: Pio, Jose, Alexander, Alta & Nuedy, WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. THE CHEF: PIO The meals & desserts Pio made we’re all exceptional. There wasn’t anything our family requested that he couldn’t cook. He actually gave all our family a lesson on making specific Hors d’ouevres he served. THE BUTLER SERVICE: JOSE & ALEXANDER The service provided by Jose & Alexander (serving drinks & food IE: breakfast, lunch, happy hour hors d’oeuvres & dinners) was EXCEPTIONAL. There service was prompt & they both understood & spoke decent English. THE HOUSEKEEPING: ALTA & NUEDY The housekeeping provided by Alta & Nuedy was FANTASTIC, they kept the entire home & all the living quarters in absolute PRISTINE CONDITION. If our family needed anything extra they were always there for us. They did wash for our family when requested. They even did some sewing to repair my wife’s purse. THE HOUSE PICTURES: The house pictures on the internet really don’t do this house justice, it’s absolutely beautiful & exceptional inside & out with breathtaking views of both the LaCana golf course & ocean. OUR FAMILY EXPERIENCE: This is our first time ever renting a house outside the country for our family using VRBO, so with that said we had a lot of anxiety on what to expect but everything turned out well beyond our expectations. We definitely would rent this house again, because of the management team & the entire house staff, you received a TREMENDOUS VALUE for your MONEY. We stayed at this home with 6 couples for my husbands 50th birthday. It was amazing. The home was beautiful, the view was amazing, very short 5 min golf cart ride to the beach. The staff was the best part - the chef made absolutely delicious food, the housekeeper did so much a including washing loads of laundry for us is we needed or even if we just left things out. The butler was very kind and attentive. The service was incredible. They made everything very easy. The golf carts worked but definitely need to be serviced - we thought they were going to break down a few times but didn’t. Other than that we would definitely recommend this home!

Fabulous from beginning to end! We were a group of 17 adults that stayed at Villa Palma Real. We enjoyed the many activities and amenities that were offered. We had ping pong & pool tournaments, played volleyball, pickleball, cards, scrabble & dominoes. We took the golf carts to Playa Blanca beach. We golfed, went scuba diving, had massages, and went on a catamaran excursion. We loved relaxing in the beautiful villa pool. The stone around the pool gets very slick when wet, especially in shaded areas. I can't say enough about the incredible people that took care of us! Laura, the concierge/property manager, went above & beyond answering questions, booking transportation & excursions, and providing pertinent information. Brian made sure everything ran smoothly once we arrived. When one of our guests realized she had left her passport at the airport, he came to the villa and drove her to the airport. Pio, the chef, executed 3 amazing meals/day! We also requested "happy hour food" (charcuterie, snacks, etc) each day. Everything was incredible & the table settings were lovely. Jose' & Pedro, the butlers, waited on us hand and foot. They made wonderful cocktails too. Alta made sure the villa & our rooms were immaculate. Our laundry was picked up and returned the next day too!. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

This was our second time staying at this villa with friends and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The staff are out-of-this-world incredible, the concierge/management team are wonderful, and the home itself is great. Chef Pio wowed us meal after meal (make sure you request at least one Dominican night ... ideally more!), Jose (the butler) delivered impeccable service with a smile, the housekeepers are thorough, and the two nannies arranged by the concierge team were superb. The villa's location is extremely convenient relative to the airport, beach, golf, and we enjoyed outings on a boat (also arranged by the concierge team) and to the nearby Ojos Indigenas ecological reserve. A couple notes: bring bug spray as the mosquitos were plentiful this time around, and be warned that there was a cat on property this year, to the dismay of two allergic travelers in our group. (The staff kept it mostly out of sight but our friends required daily allergy meds.) Regardless, I highly recommend this property - we look forward to returning again soon!

We finally made it! After having to cancel in 2021 we were happy to finally be able to fulfill this dream vacation. The home is nestled within the Punta Cana Resort and Club. A gated community of homes, a few hotels and some amazing beaches. The villa is exactly as depicted in photos. Though I don’t remember it highlighted in the description, it also has an ocean view. The common rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms are huge, each with their own private bathroom. The villa comes with golf carts that we used, practically daily to tour around the neighborhood, taking advantage of the club at Playa Blanca, the Westin beach and the beach right by the clubhouse near the villa. My sons and son-in-law golfed and said the course was top-notch. As luxurious as this villa is, what makes it feel like home is the wonderful staff. Pio, our chef, prepared delicious meals and snacks throughout the day, Jose, our butler/mixologist extraordinaire, was super attentive and gracious and Alta made sure everything was neat and tidy throughout our stay. I also want to point out the property managers, Laura and Michel, who answered the MANY questions I had with patience and grace. I can’t express what an experience this was for this family and I know it will be a wonderful experience for anyone who stays here.

We stayed for 6 days with 8 couples at this beautiful villa to celebrate a milestone birthday. We absolutely loved our time at the Villa. All of the staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Jose mixed the best cocktails and was ALWAYS there to help or answer questions; Chef Pio made amazing meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Alta kept the place spotless. Villa manager Brian always kept us on schedule and organized. And Concierge Laura and her team were so helpful with coordinating activities , meals and even a gorgeous golf-themed birthday cake. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated, the pool was kept clean and ready to use. The location was perfect for our golf and spa vacation with the LaCana club and Six Senses spa just minutes away using the included golf carts. The views from the villa of the golf course and the beach beyond the course were stunning! We were also minutes from the gorgeous Playa Blanca beach & restaurant. Can’t say enough good things about our trip, this villa, and it’s team. If we could have stayed longer we would have!

Not sure where to start. There is so much positive. Our vacation in Punta Cana was exceptional. The reality exceeded our expectations. Punta Cana resort is a haven of exceptional amenities and so relaxed and calm. The beaches are outstanding. The villa is magnificent; Immaculate and regal with everything guests could want. Michel and Laura combined with the house staff set the tone and made this the best vacation we ever had. From the minute we booked until our departure, Michel and Laura were available to help us with any query and request. The dream team, Jose, Pio and Alta are so intelligent and kind and did everything they could to make our large family happy and well cared for. They made all of us feel at home! The complete experience at Punta Cana Resort exceeded our expectations.
