This is our second time staying at this property with our friend. It’s so well set up for families - extra bedding, rollaways, well stocked kitchen, places to hose off all the beach gear. It was exactly what we needed to refuel! Everyone is already talking about next year!

Debbie was the best , her property is great, she is on top of everything, we have made a choice that this is our place time and time again kids had a blast, this was out first time there and loved it.

Grab Bar for easy access into shower
Move bathroom cabinet a little higher to avoid hitting our head
Replace toilet seat

My family and I stayed here for a small getaway while meeting up with our family 4 houses down. It was such a great location close enough to the town but not too close because the amount of people during the weekend was CRAZY! It was about a block away from beach access. MUCH bigger than the pictures, clean and host was quick with communication. We did not run into any issues with this stay so it was perfect! Thank you so much!!

We, a party of 10, comfortably stayed in this condo. It was affordable and cozy. Fully equipped for our week stay. The walk to the beach was so short! All the shops are close by, great restaurants! We loved grocery shopping and cooking ourselves in the adorable kitchen. Will come back for sure!

Kitchen was clean and reasonably well equipped. Livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean. Landlord was responsive. Newer side loader full size washer and dryer were very nice. Walk a short block to the beach. Make sure you find out what's there before you buy what you need. Also, the parking spot for unit B is marked above the parking spaces on the bottom of the balcony. It's the left parking spot in the right driveway. Only slight negative is the TV is a little old but if you're watching it, you're missing the point of being there.

The condo was wonderful especially for the price we paid! We had no issues at all. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Walking distance to the beach on one side and gas station on the other side. Debbie is fast at replying to messages even when I probably bugging too much. Clean, spacious, and located perfectly. Will return to Debbie’s place!

This property was amazing and clean. Easy access to the beach. Also was very spacious. Me and my family had a Rocky start and thought we were about to cancel trip. So trying to contact the property owner was very easy and she responded quick and was willing to work with me on a better date. I’m just glad we were able to make it. Me and my Family slept very comfortable in this home. I would book Again in the future.

I would highly recommend this condo. The owners are awesome! So helpful and nice! Good location to beach. Plenty of room. Can't wait for another trip to South Padre and will definitely stay here if it's available!!!

We enjoyed our stay Terra Mar- clean with full sized washer and dryer, very short walk to beach access.

The property was clean, spacious and well-maintained. It is about 3-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to a gas station and convenience stores. The property owners follow up on a regular basis to see if we need anything extra. We are extremely happy with our stay and cannot wait to return and stay here again

We love this area as it is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The rollaway beds aren’t quite what we thought so this property only sleeps 4 if you do two people on the queen, and one per twin size bed. We had the kids sleep on the couches to make room for our crew. WiFi cuts out at the back of the house. The place is spacious so we will definitely consider this unit again.
