Very comfortable; our room was clean; breakfast was hot and fresh

Visiting my college age daughter, so we stayed close to her. The hotel was across the street from the hospital but we did not hear any ambulance sirens or things like that. The parking lot was small with over flow parking on gravel. A tractor trailer took up most of the spaces.
Close to the mall and a variety of places to eat. Our room was very clean and quiet. My mother slept greatbut I thought the beds were too firm. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was also good. Would recommend.

Loosley carpeted hallways are a MAJOR TRIPPING HAZARD!!! Thay should be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

The room had a dirty tub and a leaky faucet. I brought this to the attention of the person at the desk and she said that she would notify the manager and he would contact me. They would not switch the room and never came up to clean. They have not honored a refund.

Terrible musty moldy smell in many rooms due to a long standing leak that has not been maintained or properly repaired. The room furniture looks like it was pulled out of the trash. The parking lot looks like an abandoned lot and is in disarray. Overall a very poorly maintained property. Best western should pull its brand terrible representation. This hotel is a never again.

It was a comfortable, safe-feeling place to stay, with a good breakfast. I was on the 4th floor and it was noisy, late at night in the hallway. Do not disturb means housekeeping access. Only one cockroach greeted me in the bathroom one morning.

Rooms were pretty gross. Bad smell. Water was continuously running in the bath tubs. Front desk told me ‘yeah, we can’t do anything about it. The whole hotel has a problem with plumbing right now.

The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and employees are very nice. The parking lot was a bit sketchy. There seemed to be homeless people occupying the parking lot at night. The swimming pool entrance which enters the side of the hotel on the 2nd floor was never locked. Main hallways once you exited your rooms had a prominent odor of marijuana.

Called directly to hotel before booking and asked about their pool. They said yes they had one and all was good with it. Checked in the said couldn’t use the pool that day because they were treating. Come to find out it had not been useable for over two weeks and would not be fixed during our stay. Would not stay there again.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. I stayed two nights. I left the sign on my door for maid service after the first night but my room had not been touched when I returned at the end of the day. I only needed a new towel and that was easy enough to get, so I didn’t mind.

The hallways were filthy, dirty Q tips , garbage etc , looked like vacuuming didn’t happen , our room refrigerator had been unplugged water from freezer area all over , only light that worked in the bathroom was the heat lamp , our floors hadn’t been mopped totally disappointed, will not stay there again

It was in a good location. The room we were in needs a lot of upgrades. The faucet in the tub was leaking and the walls were half painted and the plaster was coming of the ceiling. The floors where not very clean the hall by the elevator was sticky and parking for a handicap person there was not enough spaces and one car took tow spaces and didn’t even have a handicap plate. Also didn’t use the pool it water was a little green

Absolutely terrible. The hotel in general was old and disgusting despite reviews. I ended my stay early due to this. The front desk stopped my check in to get his food out of the microwave and then text someone multiple times on his personal phone. There was dried blood in the elevator. The pool was a nasty green color. See photos. I would NOT recommended this hotel to anyone.

I got the room with the jetted tub and it didnt work and also the pool was green and not swimmable at all.... Thats the reason i got the room to begin with!!!! Everything else was decent except for that

Nasty curtains,floor bathroom. Tub ran water all night. Curtains didn’t function so we had a parking lot light shining directly in our room. Pool was green from not being taken care of. Knee high weeds in the parking lot. Staff was reluctant to stop looking at their phone to help

The hotel wasn’t bad for one night stay. It was dirty in the shower and bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks. The bed was clean. The breakfast was minimal and empty with most things and no one seemed to be attending to it. I wouldn’t not recommend staying here unless it’s the only option. Very poor maintenance work and laziness for maintaining the hotel

When we first arrived our room smelled like backup
sewage. Then the lobby smelled like marijuana plus there were running up and down the hallway. People was knocking on the door beside us @ 6 in the morning. Breakfast was flavorless ran out of coffee took too long to refill items that had ran out on the breakfast table. Didn’t have enough towels and washcloths. I’ll NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone!

My stay was actually very good. The room was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. The ac was good but would kick off then it would get hot but it would kick back on and it was fine. Breakfast was good, juices were fresh and the had a good variety at least for me was good. The breakfast area was clean and they refilled the food when it was low. I wasn’t to crazy about the pool it was small and near the parking lot so it wasn’t so clean in certain area's. Overall the hotel was very nice staff was very nice I really didn’t have any issues and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

My tv does not work and has a stripe down the middle of it. The manager came hit a button or two and said it work but indeed only a few buttons work on the remote and told them twice but just gave up when they would not hear me.
Breakfast is a joke. No milk no coffee no yogurts. One small coffee machine for the entire hotel to use in the small 3 hour window of breakfast. I stood in line behind 4 people to which each person had to figure out in their own their was no coffee. I guess is long enough because there were three things to eat.
Poor breakfast attendant was drowning with tasks, people everywhere, and one man in a suit, assuming in charge, sitting at the desk doing nothing (yeah she is trying to find some food was his response).
Pick a CHEAPER place nearby.

The only thing that I can think of to critique is that the bathtub faucet leaked and noticed mold spots on the bathroom ceiling from moisture. I did tell the front desk

We’ve been to this hotel every summer for the last 5 years. Every time it’s worse. The rooms smelled musty and the faucet wouldn’t not turn off in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said they wouldn’t have any maintenance until the next day. They didn’t offer to move us or any solution. We just kept the door closed for the night cause it was so loud. The breakfast bar was almost empty at 7:45 am. Not great. We won’t be back.

Overall it was average. The Shower head leaked. The fan of the heat/air unit would literally not shut off. I had to unplug it to make it stop. It wasn't dirty but wasn't exactly clean. We were thee to go to the hospital across the street. There isn't a way to cross the street! We had to uber. That's not the hotel's fault - just providing information.

The room smelled funny and they didn’t have fresh coffee for breakfast or in the lobby. They had a coffee machine. Bed was lumpy. I thought for all the money they charged that it was a rip off.
