I chose this location due to it being in walking distance to St. Lawrence Marke and Scotiabank Arena. The food at the hotel wa okay but I think it could have been better! The staff was very accommodating due to us arriving early. I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel room was nice and clean.

Great stay!

The rooms were good size and set up. To dark not enough lighting in the rooms. Parking was located underneath and easy to get to. Hotel was walkable to many good restaurants.

The Holiday Inn Express was well located downtown within easy stroll to St. Andrew’s market and the light rail to Distillery District. At least those two were my priorities on my Toronto visit. The staff were cordial and professional. My room was well-appointed with a small room refrigerator. The noise inside was kept to a minimum, but it is noticeable. Also street noise is noticeable. Bring ear protection. My taxicab ride from the airport felt quick; I thought it was in reasonable driving distance. If not for the high room rate, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another short stay. And other observations … During the day, I felt fairly safe in the hotel surroundings. At night, not so much, so I chose not to venture out on foot. The hotel is near a park, that is nice enough to sit and chill at during the day while parents watch their kids play on the playscape, or other park visitors read and relax. But of course, like any city with a park, it will have a number of unhoused people installed there. But whenever I traipsed through no one seemed to bother folks, so it looked like it was all good.

On the outside portion of Downtown Tornoto but clean. Staff was very nice and daily breakfast had many options. Room was updated and nice. Entrance was a bit tough to find but once you know where it is, no issues there. Overall a very nice stay.

There are a number of folks that are in need of mental help in the area. Salvation army is across the street. We didn't feel unsafe but it would be good if more security and elevators required your room key to go upstairs. The staff was very friendly and accomodating however the area is not well lit. There were alot of decent folks out and about and they seemed happy and safe.

The front desk service was excellent. They were able to answer all of our many questions, including about the laundry facility and getting to the airport.

The hotel was nice.

We arrived off of a night flight and turned up early in the morning. They got us a room as soon as they could and even offered us breakfast before we checked in. The breakfast was great, by the way. Thank you so much.

I have stayed at 100’s of hotels. The Continental breakfast at this hotel was definitely a 10/10 for size, variety and taste. Definitely will be returning to this location for our next stay in DT Toronto

The staff were super helpful! The hotel is in a great location it was easy to navigate Toronto for the first time. Will stay again.

They had fresh breakfast everyday with a variety of options. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful - suggested an excellent restaurant which offered a discount. We left before the breakfast bar opened so they packed us a take-along breakfast. They had a shuttle to the airport - not free but with an excellent driver.

Liked the stay overall.

The busiest guy was John emptying the trash cans during breakfast hours. GREAT JOB JOHN !!!!!

This Hotel was amazing!!! So helpful with all our needs. Great comfortable rooms, helpful tips for getting around during our stay, and very accommodating when flights got changed . They offered late check out at no cost and arranged for transportation to airport for us!!! Well done Holiday Inn Express downtown on Lombard St Toronto

Amazing location! walkable to most attractions. Hotel was Fairly clean (A stain on bed sheets). Breakfast was good. They had really good warm cinnamon rolls.

For the price is excellent
