Was a great experience

The concierge Daniel was fabulous. He always went out of his way to make sure he gave excellent customer service. All the restaurants were pretty good. Staff was very accommodable to any needs that we had

The food was really good. Service was always good but it’s time for some updating in the rooms and a new roof over the buffet as it leaks when it rains. The cleanliness of the rooftop pool could have been better but it wasn’t terrible. I wouldn’t steer anyone away from this location for the right price but I’m not sure it quite lives up to its Star rating.

The air conditioner was amazing! The balcony view was draw dropping! They sky pool bar was amazing! The food was healthy! The Environment was perfect! We saw a huge turtle crawl up on shore! It was the best vacation I’ve had in a very long time! I will miss Puerto Vallarta Mexico!

The food in the buffet is not good same thing everyday. Not enough waiters. Not good service. The only good things is the Mexicans restaurant and you have limited time to make a reservation.

Property was great, had pool access, multiple options for entertainment, beach access, spa and workout facilities. Great options for food and snacks, plenty of bars. Staff was great! Only down side of the entire stay is our room had a musky/moldy smell to it.

Workers there are very nice, especially the boys at the concierge desk. Manager was kind of a jerk. The facilities are definitely older and past their prime by 20 years. The food was the deal breaker. Cheap buffet food. The food at the restaurants was terrible. A lot of show and fanciness at the restaurants but food was terrible. If food matters to you the don’t stay here. The pools and ocean are great. More suited for a couple or a budget conscious family. Not for me, won’t come back.

The space was clean, the staff were great, and there were a lot of good food options. The building is getting older and is ready for updates, but overall it was a great experience.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. We appreciated the special bottle of wine and cake surprise for our birthdays, and anniversary celebration. The bartenders at the beach bar were fantastic! They mix the best cocktails! And the servers are absolutely lovely. We did have a few hiccups in the beginning that was a little annoying to deal with. We paid for an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. When we tried to enjoy it, we found the pumps did not work. We then found multiple things broken in the room like the lamps, and the bathroom. We then moved to the second room which was cleaner overall. But it was weird to see that the jacuzzi faced backwards towards the wall, instead of towards the TV, and out the window. The front desk staff's service did not meet 4 star standards in our eyes. They did not give us much information about the hotel when we checked in, and when we would return with questions, we seemed to be an inconvenience to them, and would make us wait while they finished organizing papers. We were also disappointed to see that several of the restaurants were closed when we were there. The Spa was amazing. The couples massage and facial were perfect. The rooftop pool, and main pool was so nice to relax in. And being right on the beach was a blessing.

Service was terrible with the exception of a handful of workers. Check in took about an hour due to only 1 person doing check in. The bed runner was torn. If you are at the pool the bar closes at 6/7pm and if you want drinks after that you can only go to the bar at the beach which is about a 2 minute walk from the pool. They tried giving you a memebership/timeshare when you said no they attitude was terrible! I would not recommend this hotel! They said it’s the newest tower they had and it looked quiet old/worn out. Only the rooms have AC nothing else! No AC in the buffet, no AC in the lobby. Only good thing was the tour concierge and the housekeeper we had

We arrived on 8/16 the check in process was quick then they give you a concierge but want you to do a timeshare we said no . We got to our room and it was hot and humid so I let the ac run thinking it was maybe not on 3 hours passed and the ac was not working I did let the front desk know they did come quick and the maintenance said that the whole block of section was not working . They did move my room and it was better with the ac and got ocean view I did appreciate that. Our maids was very good with our room they rearranged fixed our stuff in which made our stay little easier. The food at the buffet was very good but the restaurants was not food was cold or not cooked well. The drinks were not good at all good thing I brought my own alcohol because the quality of alcohol was not it . The waiters at the restaurant were not as friendly but at the buffet they were very attentive and fast . The entertainment sucked that was a big thing for me since it’s an adult resort the music at the pool area was lame but the sky pool view was awesome . This place has its pros and cons I would suggest look into what you more intrested the entertainment or food or just relax . Overall this was an ok for me would I come back I don’t think so . I would not recommend

The a/c barely worked it was very hard to get rest and my bed had bed bugs I swear

Staff is really great! Food options are poor and the room service food is horrible. Parts of the property need to be updated and were left dirty overnight. Great location, beach is awesome.

Loved the beach

Not much. Section 2 of the hotel is in poor condition and needs many repairs. Mold, electrical, phones mot working, outlets not safe.

The resort was very well kept and clean but the food was not what we expected, it was mostly the same things daily and bland.

The staff all around were great. Buildings and facilities are okay, the buildings could use improvements and some spruce ups though for the fancy guests. Our room was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Hallways and walkways are free from clutter most times. Food was okay, between the 2 adjoining resorts, you'll have multiple options. Dinner reservations were a bit odd but not too difficult, we managed to dine at most of the open restaurants. There were daytime and nighttime activities that you can choose to participate as well. The resort caters outstandingly for guests that are looking for a nice and easy getaway. The weather is hot and humid, set your expectations. Overall, it was a very relaxing week and we would love to come back another time.

The customer service was so so at the frontdesk, the dining service staff were friendly and courteous. Our experience paled in comparison to some sister facilities.

We booked two rooms, one was ocean front (for our three children and one ocean views for me and my wife. Reception was busy (understandable), they were very nice but understaffed. Our room entry card did not work. It took me three trips to the reception and three card replacement before it works. The oceanfront we booked for the older children were a disaster. They arrived in the room to find out that the bathroom sink faucets were missing. They did send a staff to install one. They should have known about this. The facility was old and lots of broken things. The only good thing about this place are the staff. They were wonderful, almost all of them. This hotel ain't 4 stars. TBH, it's 2.5- 3 stars. It was an unpleasant experience for me and my family. Sorry to speak the honest truth.

This hotel was good. We had to do a lot of Uber because it was too far to walk out from the malecón. Food was okay, it was similar foods everyday. Staff was kind and helpful in checking in and out and leaving our luggage for no charge because our flight was later on that day. Tip your bartender and they will serve you more tequila and treat you at their finest.

I did not like that my room leaked for hours and all that was done was towels were delivered for floor I slipped on the water before I reported it and I felt like it was not important to address
