Excellent resort, everyone is friendly and The Butler Francisco was amazing.

Thanks to Fransisco and his team, we had a wonderful stay at the resort. I couldn’t recommend more! Great service and looking forward to next time.

This was a getaway for me and my wife the property was well kept with plenty if everyday activities. The steak house and Japanese hibachi were our favorites, we had a outstanding butler DeLeon which set up all our reservations for dinner and catered to all out needs and very friendly and could call at anytime . We will definitely be back next year with family and friends.

We had an excellent holiday, the staff was very friendly, the meals needed a little more variety, but otherwise excellent.

Wilbur was incredible and so were all the staff. Very humble people. They made my experience unforgettable in the best way. The food was great. The rooms were huge and beautiful!

Amable, our butler was fantastic. He was so good that when we visit again we will be requesting him. Beach, pools, bars and drinks were great. Some of the entertainment at night is very good, especially the circus and Michael Jackson shows. Food could have been better but coffee shop, French restaurant and Japanese restaurant are very good. This is a resort where you can really relax and recharge. They do a great job of keeping adult areas kid free. We will be back.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY nice. The swim up pool closes way too early. 6pm is ridiculous. The overall food was a 5 out of 10. Steaks were pre-cooked. tough. Italian restaurant should definitely upgrade the menu. We experienced the servers coming to "our" table and singing "who let the dogs out". What the hell!!!!!!!! More than once..(supposedly just having fun>>>>Not!!!

Very fancy hotel with incredible customer service. Several good and delicious food options and restaurants, amazing drinks, and you can choose between quiet adult side or the family side. My stay was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at by far! So look no further!

Our stay with Majestic Mirage was wonderful. The resort is so grand and beautiful. We will definitely be returning in the future! Everyone was so nice and inviting. We do not have a bad thing to say about this resort! 10/10 recommend if you are planning on a trip to Punta Cana.

What was good about the property was the availability of the restaurants and bars. There was always a store or restaurant open where we could get good and drink. What I didn't like about the property was that the room service would not always respond to our calls for food or service. It was unreliable to trust them.

Excellent staff and service; remarkable our concierge Yenni Valdez who was all the time asked us what we need. She always was present and worked to satisfy our needs. Thank you!

The food and service was truly remarkable. In my past experiences with all inclusive resorts the food is always hit or miss especially if you stray from local cuisine or buffets. We did not have one bad meal, our favorites being the beach morning buffet for breakfast, the Italian food for lunch, the steak house for dinner and the coffee shop for late night sweet treats and coffee. On a few occasions we were too tired to get up for morning breakfast and ordered room service. Even the quality of the room service was outstanding. The pools and beaches while moderately busy always provided enough space to not feel crowded. The evening shows and music were quite good but we felt they were the only thing lacking in terms of quality to the rest of the resort. The late night music in the night club being especially poor. It seemed to try and cater to a North American taste in music and entertainment instead of fully embracing the Dominican and Latin American culture which I've always viewed as wonderful especially in the music and dance department. I would definitely recommend this wonderful property to anyone looking to enjoy paradise away from the monotony of every day life.

the location is excellent the rating is deceiving. Too many inconsistencies in service and room maintenance to be a five-star resort .

This was our third stay at a majestic resort. Twice at colonial and our most recent trip at mirage. We were pleas y surprised to receive upgraded rooms with terraces and butler service. Our butler Deleon was amazing! He was kind, personable, helpful, sought us out each day and made reservations for us without our requesting them. He felt like a friend and family member! We hated leaving him and the resort. All staff we encountered were exceptional and friendly! We enjoyed the entertainment team. They always did their best to people involved. While all did not speak fluent English, they did their best! Barbie Kenny was a hoot! Food choices were abounding. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The weather was beautiful! While I was on vaca tion, the experience felt Like I was at home due to the staff and service! We stayed at Another all inclusive last year in cap Cana and it did not measure up to the Majestic resorts. We will return for sure!

The people are super friendly, always at your disposal. The hotel is very clean, the workers are super attentive, we loved our stay, words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay. All I can say is that we will definitely be back!!

The resort was excellent. Our butler Pablo was exceptional and catered to our needs. Overall, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I will be returning for another stay. Upgrades would be for the beach bars to stay open later and for some type of coverage over the open food.

The restaurants were good but l`essence( french restaurant) was awesome. The services, quality of the food, presentation it was incredible. Worth the trip. Juan bernardo was the person in charge of giving the towels for the beach and pool...but his carisma, always received me with a smile and a story. That was my best part of my trip

This property is the worst place to stay if you’re looking for great customer service. Storm Debbie canceled my flight twice and the property refused to refund me. The property refused to rebook me with a date that would work with my work schedule. I never got to experience how great my trip could have been and due to not receiving my refund or a credit towards a future stay I never will. I get having policies but when the weather stops people from traveling the property should be more understanding. I would suggest staying any where else or risk losing your money.

Liked the ambience of the dinning restaurants, entertainment during the day on the beach & in the evening in the main areas, & the martini bar! I think they need to do a better job with the food. The food did not taste good. Not sure if it was because of the lower grade food quality used. Desserts looked so delicious but tasted horrible and stale. Need more options for breakfast, the buffet gets boring after a few days. It also needs a place to get quick snacks during the day near pool or beach especially for kids, a grab & go not sit down. I was very upset with my room situation. It was very damp, smelt like dumpster because room was near the garbage & periodically during the day a sewer smell would blow out of the vents. It took me 2 days to switch to a new room. I was not able to enjoy myself for the first two days until the room situation got straightened out. Finally after 2 days of getting the run around they changed my room to a down graded room!!! Overall average would have given a higher score if rooms were better kept and didn’t have to deal with changing rooms.
