El personal es aburrido , a los dominicano los tratan pésimo , el señor del parque de agua que sirve lo helado un moreno con gorra le gritó a mi hijo por que mi hijo le mando a cambia el helado se confundió , muy mal manejo de los empleado a igual la vestimenta

Que el chef del Hotel no conociera los cortes de las carnes, los cortes son iguales en todo el mundo las partes de la res son iguales. no servir algo que no es ni parecido al corte que le ofrecen y le sirven, el termino no es el que quiera el cocinero es el que el cliente quiere y le gusta.

Me gusto la habitación, la estructura del hotel, lo limpio que estaba todo, la bebida es de muy buena calidad, los bar mans tienen mucha experiencia preparando muy buenos cócteles & el Katmandu. Queremos darle las gracias a Julio de servicio al cliente, por entender nuestra frustración y hacer una rápida gestión.

El servicio al cliente, los empleados parecen estar siempre molestos/tristes, pelean/discuten frente a los huéspedes y creo que eso está muy mal, la comida es muy difícil de gestionar; la comida es de muy buena calidad pero es muy incomodo de conseguir reservas, muy mal servicio a la hora de hacer las reservaciones para los restaurantes, entendemos que debería de existir algún snack bar o algo para tener comida cerca de las piscinas y la playa, no hay entretenimiento en el hotel, no tienen discoteca o algún show mas allá de una pista de baile y dos o tres empleados haciendo mímica de canciones por noche.

Beautiful rooms- very large, modern, comfortable beds- huge bathrooms. Great entertainment schedule and activities. Pools are lovely. We had a beautiful chill week and really enjoyed the evening entertainment. Some of the restaurants were very good - Steakhouse, Machu/Peruvian, Tori/Japanese teppanyaki. The people that run entertainment and pool activities are super fun and energetic and terrific. Michael doing Zumba was a standout j bingo was a blast - “Bingo Bongo”. The circus entertainers were incredible - WOW!! We loved karaoke nights at Rubi Rocks and Bingo there too! Beach is beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand. Palapas are great. Kathmandu was very very cool - our 13 year old son loved the rides - I was blown away by how well done the park was. We played golf one night but didn’t do the ropes course because it was too hot and not in the shade. Kathmandu is a cool bonus addition to the hotel - but was so empty!! We have no idea how it can stay in business!

Bedroom wall in our room was so thin, we could near everything in the room next door. It was my like they were in our room everytime they came in. We were in Building 1. Longtime Melia circle club members told us the other buildings have better construction. The service is mid - at best. Most of the staff really don’t go out of their way to be friendly or welcoming. Buffet service is a joke. You have to hunt people down for drinks/coffee and when the hordes of people come, they have a hard time restocking. Also, lines are not orderly and people cut and get into fights! That’s the guests - not the resort- but we had similar bad experiences with the cabana reserving. The pool has a sign that says you can’t reserve cabanas for more than 30 minutes. What a joke. Totally not enforced. People leave stuff for 8 hours and never show up and there are no cabanas left for those that really need shade. You have to be up by 7:30 to reserve one. We had an encounter with a family who swore they laid down their towels at 3am. We put ours down at 7am and of course theirs were removed by security overnight but it just shows how competitive the whole situation is that people put towels down at 3am!! Also - the whole shuttle to the beach situation is kind of annoying. Of course it would be better to be on the beach. We got used to it but we were always waiting for shuttles. It’s a nice walk - around 15 minutes- but note that you’re definitely not on the beach. In short, we really enjoyed our week but just don’t come in expecting five star service or experience. It’s a five star room but service is probably 3 stars.

Faltó presión para subir el agua a la ducha en piso alto. Igual el aire de la habitación enfriaba mucho, pero el de la sala NÓ y hacía falta para lograr la temperatura adecuada.

The room was amazing and clean, staff Kirsi during our breakfast was amazing! Steven from customer service was very helpful and also during our night at the reservation dinner at Tori both Mayra and chef Francis where super customer service oriented! They made our night very special.

The beach distance, some employees should be retrained in customer service, food options at the buffet should be reviewed.

We loved the room !!! The hotel is very spacious and very gorgeous!!! The water park was awesome. The kids loved it. They also liked the kids club ! The staff spoke a little English and we spoke a little Spanglish, lol, but we made it thru the vacation together!

THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE 🤮 ! It was a party of 6 and we all had the runs by the end of the trip. The elevator had no ventilation so it was Extremely hot and unbearable! They messed up on our reservation and then made us pay for it.

Installations were very nice, very clean hotel, the hotels has a lot of activities for kids, teens and adults, music every night which we loved, staff are very nice and friendly. Variety of restaurants but food was just okay It’s park Katmandu it’s fun to enjoy with the family, there’s a restaurant there Dolci much better to eat than the food at the hotel. Beach was clean and very secure
