The property was as described. It was comfortable and easily accessible to Texas Tech campus. The only recommendation I would make is to add more kitchen utensils and new frying pans.

The property location and communication with owner was amazing! Our feedback is minor I would recommend the cleaning crew clean out the old ashes in the fireplace it makes the place have a fire smell, and the fans in the rooms were dusty (expected in West Texas) we just cleaned them off. Besides that thought it was nice and what we expected the owner was very responsive, we had to leave early due to hurricane beryl.

We went for Texas Tech orientation so we weren’t at the property that much but it fit our needs. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the garage was broke during our stay but the host let us know.

I chose this particular VRBO for the yard so our 2 dogs could stretch their legs after a 9+ hour drive. Also, the place looked really cute online and in person. The property manager answered all my questions very quickly. All in all I would give it a 10 out of 10.

All the updates were wonderful! Very clean and simple. Garage was a nice bonus. Perfect for a short weekend. The only downside was that you could hear the traffic on Quaker through the night.

Upon walking into the house we encountered the awful smell of pet urine. Owner was unable to offer a different rental, nor able to immediately refund our money until two days later. We were left scrambling for a place to stay on a weekend that had few options available at a reasonable price.

The property was clean and updated. Location was perfect.. close to Dunkin for morning coffee.. bed was extremely comfortable and internet speed was excellent.. would definitely stay again on next visit.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very simple check in, backyard was perfect for our dogs, it was clean and well fenced. Adam was great with communication, the stay was overall outstanding. We’ll definitely be wait to be back.

We came to Lubbock on business. This was a wonderful place to stay. It was centrally located. Everything was furnished nicely and the owners were responsive to all of our questions. Hope to stay here again.

Adam was very communicative and I loved having a garage to park our truck in so we didn't have to worry about everything in the bed. It is close to the freeway and it was great place to relax after a day of driving.

Cute, spacious duplex with updated fixtures and cute decor. Had to communicate with the property manager a few times and he was super responsive. I would gladly recommend to anyone needing a place in Lubbock.

After a long day on the road traveling we were beat. Not sure what type of mattress they have, but that was the best nights sleep I’ve had in awhile. Adam was very responsive and friendly.
