Though our stay was only one night we enjoyed the comforts of home. This property will definitely be on our favorite list.
The property was accurately listed and had more than enough room for 4 guests.
Communication with the host was easy as was check up. This place gets 2 Guns Up!!!

We rented this house when moved our son in for school. There were five of us and we all slept comfortably. The back patio was nice to sit out on and enjoy our morning coffee. It was very cute and tidy and just perfect. Also, so close to campus! Our host, Taylor, was so great and responsive. I would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, spacious rental super close to Tech and all things Lubbock. The backyard was amazing for our dog. Will try to stay here again when visiting our son while he is in school.

My family and I stayed there for 4 days/3 nights.
Checking process was easy and effortless. The house was clean and very well taken care of.
Manger was very nice and responded quickly with Any questions we had.

The house was very neat and clean. I thought all the Red Raider gear was a nice touch, even though I am a diehard Sooner fan. Was there for work and got asked to stay an extra day, and they made it work for me on short notice. Would 10/10 recommend this VRBO. Nice quiet neighborhood yet still a convenient location.

We come into town fairly often to visit my daughter and this was by far my favorite house we have stayed in!! Big backyard that is very well secured with lock (and key to access) all 3 rooms was decorated very nice and LOVE the lamps with plugs for several devices!! Two room have tvs And each room has a luggage rack for your bags! They have literally thought of it all!!

We were in Lubbock for a birthday party in the evening and then had doctor's appointments on Monday, so I stayed in town, took work with me, and hung out at the house on Sunday.
The house was relaxing to sit around and work on computer work. I was concerned at first that the beds might not be comfortable (they were thermopedic), but I slept very well.
I will stay again; great location for places to eat and is easy to access anywhere you need to go.

The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for getting around town. We also thought the Tech & Buddy Holly decor were a nice touch! The host was friendly and very responsive in communication. We were very pleased and thankful to stay here while visiting our hometown again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lubbock. The 806 was thoughtfully stocked with amenities and tastefully decorated with all things Lubbock and Texas! The host was very responsive to our questions prior to booking. The back yard is huge with a bbq and seating area (though it snowed 8" while we were there, so unfortunately we didn't get to take full advantage of it!) We were very centrally located to all the places we needed to be. We would definitely stay here again!

I needed a place to stay, because I was moving my daughter into her apartment for her second year at Texas Tech University! This was the perfect spot, even the girls said that they wish they could’ve stayed longer.

Lovely home and very close to TTU! We had coffee outside. Home is very clean and a perfect spot for attending a game or parent’s weekend. I wish we could have stayed longer we had a quick move in date for my son.

We stayed here as our first stop on our summer vacation road trip. My girls (4, 11) loved this house, how it was decorated and the games provided. I loved the location, privacy, how safe I felt, the decor, cleanliness and responsiveness of the host; basically everything. We will be back.

Check in process was so easy. The house was decorated so well with all the Lubbock/Tech decor and the couch was so comfy. Great park a few blocks away. Only one thing I would change— we had 5 guests, but there were only four towels available. Otherwise, it was just what we needed. Great stay!

Super accommodating host and house! Perfect area with a grocery store a few streets away in the neighborhood. We had a really good experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay. The host made this an easy and relaxing experience. From check in to check out, everything was made simple and hospitable. Nice backyard for the pup. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
