Loved my stay! Will visit again!

Beautiful resort; however, there were a few incidents. Towels not available during pool side had to wait a long period of time. Housekeeping came into my room while the do not disturb sign was on the doorknob, felt uncomfortable and uneasy. Staff was nice. Food was limited should have more salads for those who limited diet restrictions.

Gorgeous property. Lots of food allergy options on the Adult side which is a life saver when you have celiac disease like me. I would highly recommend the adult side for your relaxing vacation.

Some of the food options had lots of flies, wish there was Ac in more of the common areas, overall the facilities and amenities were beautiful and lots of space to enjoy privacy. Staff was very pleasant, fun and accommodating

This resort is rather new and very aesthetically pleasing! I had a master suite and I hardly didn’t want to come out the room! It’s so cozy and on the natural side, very spacious! There was a hot tub on the balcony! I soaked several times! The bathroom is huge with a bath tub in the middle! I can go on and on! The food was delicious! I usually am always skeptical about all inclusive food but this was definitely a hit! I definitely recommend and would love to come here again. Just a tip! Learn Spanish before coming lol

WOW is the word! Our swim up pool room was indeed fabulous.. ocean view just steps away from the white sand beach. Whatever we needed, our butler took care of it. The hostess, servers, bartenders, housekeeping, supervisors, managers.. fantastic customer service! The rooftop pool and the view is breathtaking! Serenade All Suites for Adults is a 10/10. My fiancé and I will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at this resort and was quite disappointed, especially with the adult-only side. I expected it to be more party vibe since it’s adult only but it gave more of a relaxing couple’s retreat. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless, while the family side of the resort had far more energy and seemed much more enjoyable. Too much employees selling service literally everywhere on the resort. Also don’t fall for the member ship scam. This resort is dead

We stayed in a master suite room and it was amazing with the exception of 2 issues…the entry door would sometimes get stuck and lack of hot water. The top edge of the door was warped (likely from all the humidity) and rubbed hard against the frame. Considering this place is fairly new, it’s only going to get worse. We didn’t complain since we were able to get in after 2-3 tries…not a big deal but it was annoying. We had to complain about the lack of hot water in the jacuzzi twice along with the shower once within the first 24 hours…the water was barely even warm. Thankfully, they were quick to send someone and after the second time, it was no longer a problem. I can’t even begin to describe how disappointing the food was. Not even the a la carte restaurants were good. We had high hopes for the steak house and had rodizio…every single serving of meat was tough/overcooked and salty. I thought it was just us, but the next table over ordered a la carte and there was 5 minute scene over the salty ribeye. We only ate maybe half of what was served and were so disappointed that we just left and got dessert at the buffet. For the price per night, they need to improve the quality of their a la carte restaurants at the least. The room itself and the pools/beach accessibility were great, but if you enjoy food…def do not recommend!!

My experience was amazing everything I wanted! the food and drinks were great the vibe was perfect.

Trust me, when I say book this property, it’s most definitely worth the money! Everything is luxury and the food was actually really good! The hubby and myself had no complaints! Drinks isn’t that strong but it’s optional to ask for a double shot if needed. lol! That’s what we did, and was feeling lovely! I give this resort a 5 star!! I would book again in the near future.

I had a pool which made my experience even better. The whole resort was amazing: I stayed at the adults only side but the family side parties a lot. I will be going back!

Amazing place

This resort is very unsafe. Our money was stolen out of the safe by staff. Security knows who did it, nothing was done about it. We were told we would be refunded for our last night because we left and booked somewhere else, we still have not received a refund. Also sliding door was able to open from inside and out while "LOCKED" with little to no effort. We were on the bottom floor with the swim out pool. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!
