The property is not that well maintained and can see it deteriorating fast. Staff is not friendly at all.

They had a lot to do, didn’t like the people staying on the resort (which is actually two separate resorts) could not eat at some of the restaurants on the other side but could eat at some of the other ones. Staff was friendly except for the ones saying homosexual slurs under their breath.

Restaurants were hot. All exterior bars closet at 6:00 pm. Rooms very confortable and staff very eficiente.

10/10!Everyone was super friendly! I visited with my elderly aunt (87) and everyone was very helpful and nice! The resort itself was BEAUTIFUL! Check in was quick and easy and we waited about 30 min for our room to be ready. We had a swim up pool with a view of the main pool and we were also very close to the beach (20 steps if that). The room did have a few problems (doors weren't closing). but we called and they sent someone right away to fix it and it wasn't a problem anymore. Room service was amazing as well! You can order from the TV and have it delivered (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner). The food at the resort was DELICIOUS! We went to the Brazilian Steak House and we got every meat available as much and as many times as you wanted! We also went to the Hibachi Restaurant where they cook in front of you and that was also very tasty and flavorful (Rice, Steak, Chicken, Calamari, and Shrimp ALL SERVED TOGETHER!!!!!) The buffets had a lot of options and was just as good! The pools were very nice! They have three pools on the All Suites side with one swim up bar that closes at 6 (kinda early). They also have some other pools on the other side where its for families but you can also go. THERE IS AN INFINITY POOL ON THE ROOFTOP THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! The bars had different options of beverages and were very tasteful. They have a coffee shop with really tasty frappes. Entertainment everyday (live singers/shows/daily activities). Disco/club on the other side that you have access to.

This hotel was so clean all the staff were attentive , helpful, super nice and funny. This hotel was a 10/10 highly recommend if you need a space to relax and enjoy the beach and pool

This resort is EXCELLENT. The staff are super friendly the food is GREAT, I was so worried about that with it being all inclusive. They made sure we had transportation set up when leaving, constantly called to check up on us and how our stay is going. Whenever we left the room we always came back to a clean room and made up bed. The resort is beautiful, drinks are flowing, vibes are immaculate. I wish I could stay forever!

Wonderful property! Staff was so friendly & happy! Food was amazing with lots of options especially for a pescatarian like me! Can’t wait to go back.

The property was gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice . Only complaint was that our tv in the master suite bedroom didn’t work . Other than that , it was a great stay !

Great Place To Stay, Going Back Next Year

The highlight of this experience was the animation staff members. The members La Pina and Moises were incredibly welcoming and enriched the experience overall. One downfall of the experience was that of staff members making homophobic comments in Spanish thinking I was unable to understand them. Though I was able to brush the comments off, it would be unfair for others to experience this same sort of disrespect.

The stay was great, the staff were amazing! The amenities and the night club, the foam party. The entertainment was all in the family side of the resort. You would think its available in the adult side. So the long walk wasnt any fun. Especially when it rained in the evening. After 11pm the adult size is a quiet zone. Other than that the food, resort and staff A !!

This is an amazing hotel. Best one in all punta cana. It has pretty much everything, can not think of anything bad. We even got an upgrade in our room without asking for it.

We had a good time and the resort was beautiful. However for the property to be new our door was very warped as well as other areas exposed to the elements, toilet seat broken, and housekeeping was in and out multiple times a day and opened the door on our children in the middle of the night. Also, on 2 different occasions room service was ordered and they never showed up. But overall we did have a great trip. Food was great! Little confusing because you may have a restaurant closed for 2-3 days at a time.

It was such an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and tried their best to accommodate all of our needs, especially since we were a big group. The food was delicious and we had so many options. Drinks were great and having the beach so close and 3 pools was a plus! 10/10 I would definitely go back.

Nice property but could use some improvements on the buffet food and pool towel situation.

Overall the stay was relaxing and everyone was very kind but this resort seems it’s more for couples and an older crowd 45 . Also, there is any side to the resort called the family side that you also visit. The food was terrible. We could barely eat fulls meals because the food was so bad. Also, everything would close super early, 6pm. I recommend the resort plans more fun events each night, incorporate better meals. I would rate this resort 4/10 and would not recommend to anyone looking to have a fun, partying time in DR. This resort is not for fun just sleep and relax all day.

The hotel have limited attractions, the nights were bored, the beach is terrible

This is my second time visiting Serenade All Suites and everything was great! Nice food, good service ando nice employee's.

If you don’t go to the beach to be in the ocean water a lot , you will love this place. The beach and ocean not good . More like a lake - lots of weed inside water .

If you looking for relaxation this is the resort to stay at . The staff was very helpful and nice
