Master bedroom shower and sink does not have working HOT water. Dinning room sliding door had a gap between the wall and the glass door frame. 2 beed rooms don't have tv's. Front driveway trees / plats are over grown onto the driveway when you open your doors the branches scratch your vehl doors.

This place was perfect for our blended family vacation. Enough space for everyone to have some privacy and an easy distance to the beach so we could go home for lunch or breaks from the sun. Well priced too.

This home nicely accommodated our 12-member family. Plenty of beds and spaces for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was nice, but got warm during the hot July days. Short walk to the beach and stores.

My family and I come to South Padre Island every year and this might be our best stay yet. Definitely recommend this rental to the public.

The house was perfect for our group of 10. 5 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and enough bathrooms! The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach!
Instructions for garbage/recycling would be a nice touch to add since we were unsure if we needed to separate them. The nob was broken on the toaster but we could still use it so not an issue. Overall, we would recommend this place and if we ever travel back, we would definitely book again!

This is a great home for multi family vacations. We literally had 3 generations under one roof and everyone was comfortable and happy

It was awesome just a little sad we didn't get to use the pool due to the weather but Avery thing was excellent and very comfortable wouldn't think about it twice for another stay thanks for your excellent service

Wonderful location on South Padre Island, one black fro the beach. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and porch.
House is as advertised, clean well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and nice yard with pool.
We had fun exploring the island and was nice to walk to restaurants nearby. Parking was easy as well. Would book again.

My family and I had a great time. We loved the house. Enough rooms for everyone . The walk to the beach was not far. The house and pool were clean. SPI Rentals were helpful. Would stay here again.

Lots of room and the yard was great for our dog. 1/2 a block from the beach with access right next to the Cafe on the Beach at the Palms The pool was ok but an umbrella or some shade of some sort would have been nice. Also, probably want to put a gate at the top of the stairs on the outside deck. Be aware that the laundry is outside in the garage. To access it you have to go out the front door and reenter thru the garage - a bit of a pain. Still, it was fun being with family and having quick access to the beach = a good week..

The property was clean and had lots of space. The private pool was relaxing and in great condition. The location was the best part of our stay -- just a block away from the beach without the beachfront price. Close to good restaurants on the beach. Highly recommend it for a getaway!

Clean house and plenty of space for families. Swimming pool was a plus for children. The only suggestion is to put curtains in kitchen & dining room window for privacy.
