Nundye the host was very nice. The house was just what we needed. However, unfortunately there were a few things which occurred that were a bit disappointing. For starters, about 48 hours prior to check in Nundye decides to tell us that construction is being done on the bottom half of the property..when we asked how many days and what times she advised us “everyday except Sunday”. Not at all what we wanted to hear as my husband and I have had a rough few months and really needed peace and quiet, alone time. The first day we get there Nundye was kind enough to let us check in early but communication was very delayed. It took hours to get a response. When we checked in Construction workers were there, they stayed till about 4. Thankfully after their 2nd day the GC advised us they would not be back. So that was nice but not cool that we weren’t advised until the deadline for a refund had passed.The house was great. It’s beautiful, everything you need to cook. We loved the balcony but there’s construction next door as well. The AC automatically would go up to 76 in the middle of the night no matter the setting and we woke up every night because of it. Lastly, as we are checking out at about 8:15am we are loading up and heading out for breakfast and the door locked us out. We had stuff in there we had to leave. Communication was nonexistent for hours. She mailed our stuff back which was nice.

I enjoyed my stay, it’s a nice and cozy home. I would definitely book again.

Nundye was a great host. Great location from beach walking distance. Loved everything about it. Would definitely book again in the future.

This home was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room. Very neat and clean. One block from beach which the kids loved. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Across the street from very reasonable priced golf cart rental. Pool was nice my only suggestion would a little shade for the pool area as it was very hot! All in all great place would definitely recomend.

The condo was awesome. Clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos. Had the best time here with the family. I will be back for sure
