I really enjoyed my stay in SPI. The condo was decorated so cute and stocked perfectly. The beds were super comfy. I also really liked how quiet the condos were. We will definitely be coming back and staying again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. It was just what we needed. The condo was great, ocean views amazing, and had everything we needed.

Sometimes when we rent, we arrive and notice the owners applied several filters to the photos, let me tell you this is exactly what you’ll find… A lovely condo, perfectly stocked with everything you may need, coffee, m&m’s to beach chairs and umbrella and to sum it all up even laundry pods. The view is just perfect, we really didn’t want to leave and definitely will come back for more paradise! :)

This property is located right off the bridge. Far enough away from crowds and traffic. On a private road behind a gate. The flowers were blooming beautifully. The pool is in the front off the parking lot. As well as tennis courts and bbq grills. The parking lot did get crowded and hard to find a spot at night. The staff at sea vista is very friendly. There are elevators. Easy beach access. No trash anywhere. The condo is fully loaded even had playpen and beach essentials. The balcony has chairs and tables. If you are considering this space, wait no longer it is worth it. The view is stunning. I would just sit at stare out to sea. Tvs in each room. Huge closet. Great bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Family friendly. Great location. On the water.

Our first trip to SPI. This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The view was amazing! We walked the beach multiple times a day. The condo was well stocked & just as described. Although the building is a little dated the condo was very updated. We took a shuttle from the airport. Host made check in easy, quick to respond, & provided great recommendations for the area. We chose to walk most of the time to get around the island but took Metro bus when needing to get to north end. So many good restaurants! After a private fishing guide took us out bay fishing we took our fresh fish to Daddy's restaurant to be made into supper - highly recommend! Our boys enjoyed renting fat tire bikes to cruise the beach & island. Our son took a surf lesson as great place to learn. We enjoyed the turtle rescue center. Spent time at the pool when too windy for the beach. We ran out of time to enjoy the tennis courts. If you want to be on the south end of the island & right on the beach this is the place to stay!

The condo is located on the 6th floor and has a great view of the beach. It is in a gated complex near the end of the island. The condo has been updated and is nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals, and the appliances are newer and worked well. The ample amount of counter space made it easy to prep and serve food. There were a few spices and cooking ingredients left in a cupboard, and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, and a few garbage bags were supplied. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The towels were soft and in nice condition. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided along with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The heated pool was a nice size and went to a depth of 8 feet. The hot tub was a little small, though. Everybody we met at the Sea Vista condominium complex was very friendly. Becky was quick to respond in our communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with everything as described. The grounds were very well maintained and the cleaning crew always seemed to be working and was very friendly as well. We would love to stay here again.

I spent three nights at this condo and had a great experience. It’s updated, very clean and has all of the amenities you would need. Great location too with good restaurants nearby. The owner, Becky, was very responsive and gave good instructions to make check-in easy. I would definitely rent this condo on my next trip.

The property is easy to find and secure. Excellent communication with the property manager. This condo has amazing beach views from the living area and master bedroom. Nice to sit on the patio and watch the waves. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, towels, etc. A true home away from home for a warm weather vacation.

Our stay was nothing less than fabulous! The condo is luxurious, clean and comfortable. We experienced a gorgeous sunrise from our comfy bed each morning. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony taking in the spectacular views of the beach and Gulf. Private access to the beach was only steps away. Our host Becky was gracious, accommodating and only a phone call away.. This stunning condo checked all of our boxes! Needless to say we will be back! It’s going to be hard to top this birthday getaway!

This condo as simply wonderful. The view when you come in takes you breath away. SeaVista is a beautifully maintained set of buildings and grounds. Beds are comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Renting through VRBO was a breeze. All information was complete and accurate. Manager was great.

The unit is well updated, the kitchen has everything you would from utensils/condiments, the view overlooking the beach is nice. The part of the beach is not super crowded.

We have stayed at 2 other SEA VISTA condo’s. This was the best!!!

Renting online was easy. Ample communication from owner simplified process. Three out of four of us rented from the same owner. All condos were nice; 619 was the best! All had great locations, proximity to beach, access to tennis courts and pool, and outdoor grills. I would definitely recommend Sea Vista as a destination.

I was very fortunate to find this condo. The condo is very clean and must have been recently remodeled as everything appears new. The condo is right on the beach and has floor to ceiling windows which provide great views every morning of the sunrise. The location is what takes this condo over the top. South Padre beaches are usually busy. However, this condo has no condo to the side of it which results in the least busiest beach area on South Padre. I look forward to staying here next year.

It was our first trip to South Padre Island. The condo was nice and clean. It was convenient location and the beach was right there and not crowded. We enjoyed our trip a lot. We will definitely come back!

The condo at South Padre was awesome. Super clean and well equipped. Wake up to a beautiful view of the sun rising over the Gulf every morning. Absolutely stunning and Becky is great to work with.

Everything is exactly as portrayed! Beautiful condo with everything you could need to make yourself at home. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Can't wait to come back next year!

Loved this property!!!. It was in a perfect location with easy access to restaurants and shopping in addition to easy beach access and a perfect view! We will definitely stay here again. Condo looked newly remodeled, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking and was very clean and welcoming. Thanks for being such a great host Becky! We enjoyed our stay!

Me & my wife went down to get away for a few days for some R&R. We chose this unit based off of the reviews and wow it was everything everybody said it was. Super convenient, beautiful views, and very comfortable. The unit has everything that we needed to cook with, make drinks, etc. The view was so beautiful we spent more time in the Condo, just watching the sunrises, the waves and just overall relaxing! We will certainly be back to rent this unit. The pictures online do not do it justice. THe only semi-complaints that we have is that the AC doesnt blow great back in the Master bed room and the front door lock has to have the code entered twice to open... but other than that it was super awesome!

We try to go to SPI at least once a year for the last 20 years. This was hands-down the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. And the apartment owners/management are wonderful.

Best I have stayed in. Everything was exceptional. I will be choosing this place again when I want to relax.

Excellent top floor, center location at the Sea Vista condos with great views. Well appointed condo that met all of our needs. Private beach access that was easy to get to and from. This was our first visit to SPI and won't be our last. We're already looking forward to next year's spring break at this same condo. Becky and Mark are pros when it comes to VRBO. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this is near the top of the list.
