The hotel was clean and new carpet, paint and bed. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled. Nothing fancy...it is clean.

The property is fine. It’s a nice value for price relationship. No cats allowed!

The owner is a friendly gentleman who took time to make sure we were comfortable! The beds and carpet are new. Very clean I appreciated the hospitality.

The worst stay that I ever had. I was additionally charged $12.25 for a queen room but I had reserve and paid for a King. I want that $12.25 added back to my account. I will not book this place again.

It was convenient and very clean, but the housecleaning staff was unnecessarily rude a little after 9 a.m pounding on our door like the police then asking, just wondering if anyone was in here, after we had gotten a late check out!! We checked in after 10 p.m.

I now live in Memphis but I grew up in North Jackson. This motel has been there since before my family moved there in 1972. Of course it's been through several owners since then, the motel has always been in a safe area. It's quite and the bed was comfortable. The staff is nice and accommodating. Regardless of what the listing says, they do have a few smoking rooms because I had one of them. There are no handicap rooms which was disappointing because I am handicapped so showering was a little tricky but I managed. There are no robes on the rooms. Mine had an ironing board but no iron. If they had wifi it wasn't mentioned to me and I never was able to get online while there. Their free breakfast is a continental breakfast and it wasn't too impressive so I just went to the Dodge Store across the street for coffee and breakfast. I was there for an extended period of time because my dad was 4 driveways away in the rehab center after breaking his hip. My only complaint is their housekeeping. It's true they cleaned the room daily but that only entailed emptying the garbage can (1 can) and leaving fresh towels. No vacuuming or cleaning the bathtub or wiping down the furniture. You have to ask them to change your sheets and make the bed. I wasn't able to use the tv for a couple of nights because the remote was the wrong one for the tv but after a couple of days of trying they finally got it right. I would stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. 4 people 2 towels. Cockroaches in the room.. very scary as people were outside our door in their cars all night..morning can’t come soon enough.. don’t make mistake we did.. don’t book this hotel. Burn holes in sheets

A very average motel stay..property needs some upgrades but apart from an odd smell in the room it was fairly clean and quiet. It looked as if the bed linen was brand new which i appreciated.

The entire property was horrible. Room was absolutely disgusting/ac would only cool down to the mid 80s and the area around the hotel was not safe at all. Find another hotel anywhere else.

Made us a little nervous seeing the police patrolling the parking lot. Safe but wondered what type of neighborhood we were in. No water pressure in the shower.

Terrible management. Road up to mattresses outside and not a soul in sight. Breakfast is a box of cereal.

For.an older hotel you can tell they have tried to make it nice and clean. For the price i was not disappointed.
