The Hotel is in an older part of the City with a very active night life. We happened to be on the front of the Hotel where there are many bars and a busy bus route. It was very very noisy till the early morning hours, so we were then moved to a room in the back of the Hotel. Very quiet and much more pleasant!

Stay at the hacienda one block south with a pool and actually get some sleep. Your bed may as well be on the balcony it was so loud. Music blasting to nobody at 530 am felt extremely unnecessary

It was a unique property in a great area

It doesn't matter what the hotel as such is....this is the busies and noisiest spot of Vallarta, period! We got no sleep for three days. I ignored someone's warning that for the noise this hotel is a No, No and I partly spoiled good chunk of my vacations!

It was a unique property in a great area

Clean rooms,great towels large screened tv,cable,patio..many don't have patios, I'm lucky.friendly reception staff.like sofa in other room, refrigerator and microwave.bed is comfortable.my second time here.plan on returning in the future.3 blocks from Malecon

Large room with patio and hammock. Super clean. great location for Zona Romántica Nightlife - safe area. Good A/C and WiFi. Friendly staff. Great price/value, but no frills, just a clean basic hotel room to sleep and shower.

Liked that it was safe great neighborhood.clean rooms,hot water,soft big towels, microwave and refrigerator. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Second time at hotel since February.3 blocks from Malecon,walkway.plenty restaurants,food markets very close. Really like this hotel

No so good, Was not a blanket for the bed. Was a coffe machine but No coffe bags. The staff was very helpfull.

THE WORST & noisiest hotel room ever! The bathroom sink was not working and the floors were dusty / DIRTY! The hotel is located in a VERY busy corner of Zona Romantica - Puerto Vallarta. As soon as I checked in, I reminded the reception staff that on my EXPEDIA profile I requested a QUIET room. She said of course! No problem! She assigned me to the NOISIEST ROOM of the entire hotel. The room is at the corner of the busiest streets of Zona Romantica - Puerto Vallarta...above a 24/7 OXXO convenient store and a PUBLIC BUS STOP where you could hear every conversations of those wating for the bus. I asked to be transferred to another room almsot everyday I was there (7 days stay), and each receptionist told me that were no other room available!!! I did not get a chance to sleep at all. I ended up sleeping at the beach during the day! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Expedia OUGHT TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL from its list. I would not pay even $25 a night for this lousy hotel!

Many Positives - Service, location, price, hospitality One Negative - It is LOUD. If you can sleep through anything, this place is fantastic for so many reasons. If you are a light sleeper, as great as this sport was for us, we got about 3 hours of sleep each night. That was with ear plugs, white noise, and sleeping gummies.

Staff was very nice and as helpful as they could. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and a big lack of hot water. No dishes in the room at all. The little wooden box with a key made me feel unsafe to leave my belongings in the room.

I was disappointed in the bathroom. There was feces on the toilet handle. I had to go downstairs to ask for some cleaner to get it off. Not a great first impression. The toilet seat was plastic making the seat cave in. Very uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The first night got cold I had to ask for a blanket as there was none in the room.
