No towels in the room. Can't lock balcony doors. A/C doesn't working. Dirty room. Safe doesn't work. No help from reception stuff.

Definitely not a good choice. Luckily it was only for one night. Entertainment and food choices around the hotel is awesome. I enjoyed the area but the accommodations are deceiving. It’s a $50 room at best

Arrived at 120pm had to wait in the blistering heat outside because reception was out to lunch. Nothing was as advertised

I did not like anything about the hotel. I felt unsafe! As i got there the office was closed so i booked another hotel.

Door for room only had a regular key lock and door looked like it was pushed open before.
We only stayed one night and didn’t use the shower as the rust on the plumbing and also floor didn’t look clean. Also we were only give. Two towels - no hand towel or wash cloth was given.
The pool was not clean and had plastic lounge and big whole where construction was happening.
Also room was changed from one hotel on day of Checkin.
View is nice but that is it.

We given tokens for free breakfast and the restaurant that was supposed to use them at, acted like they did not know anything about it. Not very close to the beach either. WHERE DO I START!!!!! ORBITZ REALLY NEEDS TO REMOVE THEM AS OPTION FOR A PLACE TO STAY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE AT THE ACTUAL DUCASSI THERE WAS BABY ROACHES IN THE FRIDGE AND ON THE TABLE. THE VIEW WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! SMH...I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE CAN HAVE THE NERVE TO EVEN WANT PEOPLE TO STAY THERE. NO PHONE...THE TOWELS ARE LIKE MICORFIBER SAND PAPER..NO WASH CLOTH AND THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. SO WE MOVED TO ACROSS THE STREET SMH RUSTY DOOR KNOBS MY AC DRIPPED WATER EVERYDAY THE FURNITURE IS FALLING APART NO PHONE THE BLONDE LADY IN THE MAMGEMENT OFFICE JUST NASTY. WE WERE ASKING FOR AN IRON ITS IT WAS LIKE ASKING FOR A MILLION DOLLARS! THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE HANDY GUY! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!
