It was convenient close to the airport and Comfortable, the breakfast was very limited but I s'pose you should expect that when they say its free Ok for a one night stay. The shuttle was very good on our way back to the airport he deserved his tip.

The shuttle pick was terrible you had to carry your case up 4steps to the luggage rack the driver was very grumpy and didn't help at all and there is no lift in the motel so another two flights of stairs to our room after a long flight not what you want. Very nosey aircon.

Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Estuvimos 2 noches para visitar Toronto y tomar un vuelo a Quebec. El transfer del hotel presta un muy buen servicio para llevarte al aeropuerto a tomar el tren UP que te lleva al centro de Toronto, a Union station. La habitación amplia aunque oscura . El personal amable.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza y completar un poco el desayuno.

Unclean accommodations. Outside the broken shower head coming off the wall, the tub was unclean, the room smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room, there was some substance splashed on the wall near the bed, longbdark hair on the bed and the floor hadn't been cleaned after a pet as I had to wash my feet of pet hair.

There is NO ELEVATOR to the 2nd floor - we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The beds are very hard - terrible sleep.

Nos alojamos para una conexión de 16 horas en Toronto. La ubicación está perfecta, cuentan con servicio de shuttle y nos llevaron al hotel desde el aeropuerto y luego del hotel hasta el aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba bastante bueno y venía incluido. Las instalaciones si bien se ven antiguas, están bastante bien conservadas y todo limpio. La cama estaba bastante cómoda.

The hotel is clean, very close to the airport and a decent price for Toronto. I like the fact that it offers an airport shuttle, and breakfast is included.

The hotel is a little old and tired.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was clean and comfortable. Washroom was cleaned very thoroughly. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient. Shuttle service was perfect for the long flight visitors.

Some parts of the hotel was outdated. No elevator so my 70+ years old dad had to take heavy luggages through stairs (but the front desk can help you with a storage so this wouldn't be an issue for those who don't need all their luggages for their stays).

Older building that has been nicely refurbished. Restaurant and separate sports bar on site. Complimentary shuttle service from and back to the airport.

Sloped hallways due to changing elevation of various parts of the hotel. No warnings to mark areas that could make walking a bit tricky.

The shuttle service was very good. On time. The drivers were friendly. Very close to the airport.

The breakfast for this type of hotel was mediocre. A couple different types of bread could have been offered, such as raisin bread. Also some type of potato, such as hash browns would be nice. One good thing is the Minute Maid orange juice. It is a quality product not like the watered down orange juice other hotels serve.

The airport was only 4 minutes away so the shuttle pickup was prompt and the ride to the hotel was smooth and quick. Breakfast I was not able to do as my flight left before breakfast was set up.

I could not find any fault with my stay or the hotel facilities.

Room was as expected. Breakfast was good. Shuttle back to the airport the next morning was good. Front desk clerk on check-in was surly. Bartender was excellent.

Airport shuttle on arrival near midnight was very poor service. Called the hotel several times to find out when to expect the shuttle. Only got an unhelpful automatic answering machine. Finally gave up waiting and took a taxi at extra cost.

We had to take a taxi because the plane arrived after the shuttle quit. It was quick and reasonable.

Delicious waffles for breakfast :))) Which you need to do yourself, I really liked it.

Loud karaoke when we arrived at 1:00am that we could hear from our rooms. No elevator with heavy luggage and guests with mobility issues.
