La habitación era amplia, eramos 4 y podíamos estar ahí sin problema, la persona que nos recibió fue amable y clara en cuanto a los cargos, el desayuno bueno y completo (si un adulto desayuna el buffet los niños pueden comer sin costo adicional). Las habitaciones limpias, las camas muy cómodas, teníamos vista a la calle frente al hotel que es la principal. Varios restaurantes y cafeterías en la zona cerca al hotel.

Nada en particular, la estancia fue muy buena.

Lovely staff, particularly in Café Nicole. The swimming pool, spa and gym were great. The location was fantastic - easy walk to lots of tourist attractions.

The pool water was quite cold, so perhaps a heated pool but other than that everything was great!

I booked 2 rooms. One for me one for friends. With intention of once checked in my friend would use his credit card for his room. Would not allow us to do so. Not huge issue just inconvenience. Have never had issue at other hotels.

The lobby was decorated for the session. The employees that we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Distillery district and the St. Lawrence market. The beds were very comfortable.

We wanted to have a drink after an event in the hotel but the bar closed at 10:30. We were charged $40 to park in their garage. It may be common practice but I feel that hotel guests should not be charged.

Location excellent, very close to Union Station,lots of nice bars,restaurants, coffee shops close by.St laurences market short stroll away.

We didn't have a kettle in our room,we had a coffee maker but prefer tea,staff in restaurant gave us a flask of hot water and some fresh milk to make tea in our room.

We were under the impression from the web site that breakfast was included but when we went to the restaurant they said no.

The girl checking us in was not very accommodating however the manager was very pleasant

Pre paid parking with hotel but when returned to car after stay we had parking ticket. Hotel quickly resolved though.

Comfortable modern hotel which I've stayed in previously. Lovely Aircon, great tea/coffee facilties. Very close to the CN tower/train station/restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else
