Location is good.

Very old and dirty rooms. Breakfast too expensive for what is offered. Definitively not a good deal from a price/ performance perspective!

Location was great and the underground secure parking a plus

Parking was pricey. To stay an extra 45minutes cost me $15,00 So ended up being $55 for less than 24 hours which is a lot even in Toronto.

The bed was super hard and the wooden headboard was uncomfortable to lean against.

Very close to some key tourist locations. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Getting a bit older now but this is the second or third time I’ve stayed here. The location is amazing and central to downtown Toronto. Everything is quite accessible. But I do love the hotel the staff as super helpful and friendly. I will return at some point again when business calls

My only issue is that ride share does not know where to pick up and I found myself constantly running around the block chasing cars down. It’s starting to get a little outdated.

The friendly staff, the location and the fab breakfast were the highlights of our stay.

The parking - while available and easy to sort out - was not easy to find as it's not well signed and there were road works around the hotel that made the area difficult to navigate.

Front desk staff was super friendly and explained everything very well. We loved the breakfast and the service provided. Sabina, the host was absolutely wonderful and friendly, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Will return.

Well located. Good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Close to waterfront. Fiendly staff, efficient concierge upon arrival. The lobby is welcoming with various different areas to sit. The room was big and good to work in.

The memory foam matress topper. Too deep...

The staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was very clean with nice features. The view was good and there were many dining options at the hotel. The hotel hallway and inside the room had a very low noise level making it relaxing and peaceful.

The temperature was not comfortable. The heating was much too high, even when turned to lowest temperature. The room service menu didn’t have much variety and the nachos I ordered were underwhelming for the price. Also, the fire alarm went off at about 3 am and disrupted our sleep as it continued for about 20 min before announcing it was false.

Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche wie bei allen Gästen im 9. Stock. Tür der Duschekabine knarrt laut. Wasser im Lavabo läuft kaum ab. Kartenhalter am Innern der Zimmertür ist erst lose und fällt dann ab, siehe Foto. Schreibtischlampe geht kaputt. Doppelter Preis über Neujahr in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt . Was hilft es mir da, dass ich für den nächsten Aufenthalt in einem Hyatt Hotel ein paar Punkte gutgeschrieben bekommen habe. Übrigens: die freundliche Dame an der Reception war über das Problem des fehlenden warmen Wassers schon im Voraus offenbar bestens informiert. Auch schon als ich eincheckte?

I really wished you had other pillows other than feather. I called and asked but they sent me up firm, I wanted soft, but hypoallergenic pillows. I'm allergic to down. Beds very comfortable though

See above, need hypo allergenic pillows, also no fans in the bathroom. Gets very hot and steamy.

Staff positive interaction, courtesy, response; starting from Front Desk, Floor service staff, every one. All of them were very helpful and ready to support. Special thanks to Mr Avinash (I hope I spell the name correctly), who was very supportive during our check-in.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast attendants on the second day are not asking guest for coffee or drinks. Breakfast on 1st day stay is very accommodating. Shower is too loud and hard to control the flow of water.

Clean, well taken care of

Fantastic location! We went to see Pink at Roger's Centre, Foreigner at Budweiser Stage and Hamilton at the Royal Alexandra Theatre. Easy to get to all locations by walking or taking the go train. Lots of great restaurants close by. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Parking is very reasonable. Staff are friendly.

Breakfast was great we had lots of variety. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Hostess Sabina was great. Nice greeting in the morning.

Nothing everything was nice

Great location for what we needed, close to the Roger's centre and Union Station. Amazing staff. Super comfortable beds and pillows.

Bathroom got steamy pretty quickly when showering as there wasn't a bathroom fan. It was more on the expensive side but it's understandable for the location, high season and the quality of service.
