Clean considering how old everything is staff was excellent and breakfast was good!

Old tired carpeting , old room furnishings and really needs a full renovation.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well appointed.

The breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from.

Carpeting in hallways was worn and dirty - not a good first impression. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up - maintenance issue.

First and foremost I LOVED the staff. The staff is the BEST thing about this property. Breakfast was ok; my favorite thing is always the waffles.

The hotel is in need of a "refresh". It is not new and its age is showing. The first night there was a vagrant in the entrance ask if I had an ID... I said yes. She ask if she could use it to rent a room. I told her no. This made me question the location; however there were no other issues. I could hear the person in the next room talking on the phone at 10pm when I was trying to go to sleep.

Shower curtain difficult to keep inside the shower while showering.

Loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash Despenser's in shower. Cleanliness of bathroom and room.

The amount of water when you flush the commode. The whole bowl wouldn't get washed.

The people working there are so phenomenal we feel like we're at home with friends!! Lisa at the front desk is incredible! Alicia (?) also there and another woman are all exceptional. Pat in the breakfast area is so friendly and accommodating always to us! She has food still there a little after the closing time which is great. And Iris in the kitchen is great too! The pool this summer was fantastic! Always so clean!
