The property had everything we needed and it was vwry clean. We will stay again.

Place had a bad smell and the refrigerator freezer wasn’t working by the end of our stay the whole refrigerator quit working

I loved that it was so spacious the back yard was amazing with the pool. Only negative ting I have to say is that showers had a lot of mold. Will rented again in a near future.

We fit 3 families it was spacious but the house needs a lot of work done. Patio was run down as well as the chairs and picnic table outside. The pool was dirty. The window frame from the bunk bed room was falling apart.

Although the house was in a great location, we were disappointed with the home and property for multiple reasons. When we first arrived, the house smelled pungent, and the backyard was overgrown and a mess. The bottom floor bedroom closet smelled like something had died in it. When it stormed one of the nights we were there, water came out from under the baseboards and soaked some of our clothes sitting nearby. It also soaked the floor around the bed. The bed is very old and uncomfortable. There is a dent in the mattress, and it sounds like it will break when you get on it or move. It also said it’s a queen size when it’s actually a Full size. The bathroom on this floor also had a shower that was hard to open, and the clean towels were kept under the sink with a toilet plunger instead of on the towel shelf above the toilet. The kitchen table was broken. Although Vacasa sent someone over to fix the legs, they ended up crooked and still sketchy. The washer only can be used on one setting (it is broken and will not change the setting from delicates). Also, If you change the spin cycle off low, it will not drain the water or spin. There was no broom for us to sweep, and we had multiple kids in the house that we needed to clean up after but couldn’t. We notified the maintenance team but had no reply. There were also no extra blankets for the pull-out couch, and we had to add the sheets. ALL furniture was very worn out. Couches had holes and stains and one bed felt unsafe.

First off, location was perfect and a close walk to the beach. However we didn’t feel comfortable as furniture needs to be upgraded. Sofas and beds were hard some mattresses even dented. Blankets were limited. There wasn’t any coffee filters or coffee grounds for the coffee machine. The hot tub didn’t turn on as well as the pumps leaving the pool to not be filtering. Though, backyard space was relaxing and beautiful despite the pool chairs. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable but a few upgrades will make the stay more enjoyable for others.

The home is spacious and is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

We had an amazing experience, the place was lovely. Family and I got to relax and enjoyed the house so much we will definitely rent again If we go back to SPI. Also, great communication with landlord, answers on time.
