Clean and plenty of room. The bunk room was great for the four kids that were with us. Toys and boogie boards were a bonus. Loved the patio and grass area.

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation staying at this property. It was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, and towels provided by our hosts. They made the trek back and forth from the beach that much easier. There was a mix-up on our entry code on the email, but maintenance was there to assist with the correct code and we were able to get in with no problem. Remember your bug spray when packing.... mosquitoes were crazy heading down to the beach area! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

My family loves staying at the Sea Vista. This unit was great being on the bottom floor and very secluded. We did have an issue with the condo not being cleaned when we arrived, but we let the owner know. Overall, the stay was great!

Perfect for families. The beach was close, which was a must. Had everything we needed and was clean. Decent pool and such a nice view from the patio. We had a blast!

Beautiful and safe property. Staff all very nice and helpful. Wagon for beach toys etc. was missing but otherwise property very well supplied with needed items! We had fun except for our sunburns!!! Grandkids loved it! Pool nice and clean too!

This condo is wonderful and it being on the ground floor made it so easy to stroll down to the beach. Very clean condo and plenty of room.

WE LOVED IT! Everything was GREAT, besides a few minor inconveniences like no kitchen garbage bags or shampoo/conditioner. The kids loved the Wii and bunk beds. The location was amazing and the amenities were wonderful! Being able to have the pool and tennis court (rackets and balls in the unit!) right out the front door, and the ocean and sand just a short walk out the back door was AMAZING!! Communication with Eric was quick and helpful. The wiring is older and a bit challenging to figure out, but overall it was a FANTASTIC stay, and we will definitely be back! We are in love with this location! My 3yo didn't want to leave! Oh, and for those who need it, I did notice a sand wheelchair outside one of the units! I'm not sure where it came from, but they are there! Suggestions: The cheap beach umbrellas in the unit are mostly broken, but you can rent a nice umbrella and recliners at the beach for around $30/day! Totally worth it! AND bring flashlights to go watch the crabs at night on the beach! (Beware of a crab surprising you on the patio at night too!) SO fun!

This is our second time staying at Eric's condo and we couldn't be happier. The condo is beautifully renovated, fully stocked with anything you would need, an excellent location and Eric's communication is great. Our families have been going to SPI every summer for 12 years now and I wish we had found this condo sooner. We will certainly be calling Eric's condo our new summer beach trip condo! I highly recommend this condo for your beach trip!

We really enjoyed staying here as a family of five. There were plenty of beds and great location on the beach. Even great location on the island to get around. The beach wasn’t busy there and the pool was nice also. Would definitely stay here again!!

I travel a lot and do plenty of research before I look to book a property. This Condo is the best in SPI, location is perfect. You don’t have to bring anything! Everything is provided for you. Chairs, beach towels, toys for kids, umbrellas, wagon to take everything out. Always in great communication with Eric. Condo is very spacious and beautiful inside. We were 3 adults and 4 small boys and had plenty of room. Love the easy access to the beach and also swimming pool and tennis court with basketball court just right outside your door. Always felt very safe in the gated private complex. Easy check in process. Loved our stay so much, we are already booking the same property to return in two weeks! Kitchen has everything you need. All the great reviews are accurate. Grill right outside to cook also. Washer and dryer helped also. Don’t hesitate to book this property! Love the ground floor also if you have kids. Shower right outside to rinse the sand off before you come in. Can’t say enough good things about Eric and this condo. Can’t wait to come again!

We had ärgerst time on this right at the beach condo. Everything was there...including provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for our boys. Also the Pool ist just one step out of the condo. A card and a bottle of wine welcomed us. Thanks for a great time !

Took our 4 grandkids (ages 10-16)first time to SPI, we absolutely loved it, had a blast! Definitely recommend this unit. Great floor plan, furniture in great condition, beds and bedding comfortable, towels in nice condition, first floor location is nice but only has partial view of the ocean... Some minor issues but were addressed promptly

The condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. We had room for 5 adults and a four year old. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Easy beach access. Beach wagon was an added bonus for hauling to the beach .We will stay here again!
