Had everything for a family of ten. 3 people got jellyfish stung but they survived. We had packed white vinegar and Benadryl cream. Main bedroom for large with lots of storage.

Fantastic stay. Great amenities. They have everything you need for heading down to the beach - even the wagon to take it down there.

The condo was nice and the staff great just disappointing in that was told day of arrival that our original booking we were not going to be able to use the balcony (one of main reasons for booking) due to construction/maintenance. They did switch us but went from a 3 bd 3 bath to a 3 bed 2 bath. Luckily one couple could no longer come otherwise would have been very upset with only 2 bathrooms. Still working on whether I get a little break or discount because of this. Still shows me booked and reviewing original booking.

tub, General store 1 block over.
Great floorplan, everything you could need is there.
Unit on the 3rd floor, we used the stairs all the time.

We had a great time at the Suntide II. The condo was clean (except some sand in the sheets of the queen bed in the bunk room). The master bed was super comfortable. All the TV’s had Roku and were easy to link to our streaming accounts. The condo was super close to the beach access area and from the balcony we could see our kids playing on the beach. It was a perfect location.
The condo building is a bit run down and the public beach access (right outside the condo) is next to the port-a-potty and dumpsters which leaked. So walking around the puddle was annoying. And the hot tub wasn’t hot or clean. The bunkbed squeaked which bothered our son.
Other than that, the condo kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and would consider staying here again, especially for the price.

Views from the unit were great. Unit is quite convenient to the beach and many activities and restaurants. Overall the unit was spacious with nice furnishings. Dishes and kitchen ware were sufficient but 2 or 3 pans need replacing. Though there were sufficient bath towelings, a couple more hand (face) towels and wash clothes would've been better. Cleanliness was OK but more attention needs to be given to the bathroom and kitchen corners where some light mold had accumulated. Instructions on How to use the TV's would be appreciated. Overal the six (seniors) of us were comfortable and had a good time.

Family Vacay
This property was very clean and updated nicely! Property management was easy to work with and so helpful when we had a special package delivered! We have stayed at Suntide II many times and this year was probably the best!
The only drawbacks were the two secondary bedrooms did not have good air circulation and often remained hot and the water pressure in the main bathroom was very low.

About as perfect as you can get!
We drove from SD to spend a few days on South Padre Island. It was our first time to the area and this condo was absolutely PERFECT for us. The beach is just steps away and all the extras were very much appreciated! Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great location
We came to Suntide II 301 with our family kids 14, 18, 22) and my 73 year old mother. The weather was a little cool for March but the stay was great. Amazing location/views and a very well stocked kitchen made for easy cooking at the Condo when we wanted to eat there. Beds were comfortable. I would come back.

Paradise
We spent 5 days here this December and we couldn't have been more happy. Reserving was a breeze, the check was smooth, the weather was perfect and this condo met all our expectations and a whole lot more. We have a family of 6 and it fit us perfect. Everyone had space, a bathroom, plenty of space and equipment to cook. The beds were comfortable, there was a whole lot of stuff to go to the beach with and it was super clean and well maintained. Then there was the whole view thing.....WOW! I would highly recommend this to anyone and will be planning our next stay soon.

Great property!
We had a total of 7 adults and 1 pre-teen stay here recently and the condo is fabulous! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked better than any other VRBO we've been to. So many utensils, pots/pans, small appliances (crockpots even!). We also appreciated the sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels...so many extras were provided! It was very windy when we were there, but since the unit is at the north end of the building, our balcony was blocked from the south wind by the other units due to the "staggered" nature of the building. Beds were all comfortable, as were the pillows. We will definitely stay here again if our family gets together like this in the future. One small note...the hot tub was scorching hot. I now know what lobsters feel like. ;)

Great condo
This condo has everything to make a stay at the island comfortable. It is equipped with everything one would need to cook and beach supplies (ice chest, chairs, boogie boards, etc...). Sitting on the balcony was one our favorite things to do. The view and sound of the ocean is spectacular. We had a really nice time and hope we can go back soon.

The property was just as described, only better. Very clean, all the amenities we needed, lots of beach toys. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water every morning and evening and the short walk to beach each day. We would love to stay in this unit again.

I have stayed at SunTide II several times and this is my second time to stay in #301 - I cannot recommend this location, specifically the room, enough! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the items thy have to use at the beach are awesome! I will definitely be back!

Wedding in South Padre Island
We attended my son’s best friend’s wedding. Rented this condo because it was so close to the house they rented for the ceremony. The condo was exactly as pictured and perfectly spotless. We loved staying here.
