We never got the breakfast. The location is really good.

There were no proper door for the bathroom. The main door also is sometimes difficult to open. The fans were broken .

The apartment is in the middle of Alfama, it needs a little tender loving care but it was comfortable for the six of us. We arrived in the middle of Santo Antonio celebrations with parties all night long. If you want peace and quiet check the calendar for any festivities.

On the negative side it needed some cosmetic repairs like wall paper peeling off and a cracked sink.

The apartament was perfect for a group of friends, pretty clean and in a very good position. The host was really kind and the apartment was very characteristic, close to Praca do Commercio and to a lot of characteristic restaurants.

The only negative thing was that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell sometimes, other than that everything else was perfect.

Location was excellent, in the middle of the Alfama. The place was very clean. João, the host, met us at the location to give us the keys and show us the property and also referred us to an excellent nearby fado place, we had an excellent time there.

Living room couch and our mattress were just “ok”, but could probably be replaced.

The location is super strategic with the city center. The property is of good quality, clean, and comfortable to take a rest.

We should prepare for taking energy to get to the location from the metro station because the road is uphill. But it doesn't matter because the landscape typical in Lisboa is uphill. And in the property, you should choose what device wants to use, because of the limited electricity.

Great location and kind host, our needs were accommodated for just one night.

There were just some heat machines that, when they were turned on, nothing else couldn't be because electricity was going off.

The host was caring, professional and check-in was easy. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. the kitchen was adequate.

There were two electric honeycombs for heating. When I plugged them both in, the fuse would blow. but it was not a problem.

The location was great!

Unfortunately, we encountered a couple of cockroaches on different occasions. And one of the “clean” towels had a cockroach leg on it... made us question the cleanliness of the entire place, and unfortunately not feel comfortable. The location was perfect though, and fortunately we didn’t spend much time in the apartment.

Very nice host, offered to help us with printing the boarding pass, and then actually did it! House was nice and clean, and as advertised.

Please fix the toilet, it's becoming unscrewed from the floor.

The apartment is nice, but I did not like the bathroom door. The door is like "accordion door". This kind of door might work for other rooms, but definitely not for a bathroom. I had another problem with the dust. Although I didn't see much dust in the apartment (in general), there was dust in the bed sheet. I am allergic to dust so I had some problems to sleep.

Location is great. Fun quirky interior. Great shower in bathroom. All critisism from other reviewers is ridiculous, as if you go to Alfama there will be stairs, both outside and in. This totally adds to its charm. This apartment was great value for money.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable for sitting many people as it had some hard parts on each end.
