Thank you so kindly for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Kitchen was stocked nicely, just wished we could have had a broom to help keep up with the sand throughout the area. We do not like leaving a “mess” and would have liked to have been able to sweep throughout prior to checking out. Pictures are on point, for anyone looking to rent close to pool side be prepared to hear all music and shenanigans in pool area. Nothing too crazy or extremely late but there was some party days… 😉

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely condo. It was perfect for our annual wedding anniversary trip and it was a hit with our teens aged 20, 16 and 13. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the living and dining area and master. Our kids loved being able to head out to the beach and come back at lunch for a swim. I was able to enjoy dinner with my family while watching the kids swim in the ocean from the kitchen table. The condo is nicely updated and was very clean. It was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked it was with all the utensils that you would need for cooking. It was also very conveniently located to several nearby restaurants. Parking can be limited so it was great to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants for dinner and. It worry about losing our parking space. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach with one beach access on property through the pool area and also the condo is right next to the gorgeous butterfly beach access with a lovely butterfly garden. It was such a pretty walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and well maintained. My sister was visiting from overseas and rented another condo on the 5th floor for her family and my parents who are elderly. They enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch our kids swim at the beach and in the pool even though they could not make it to the beach themselves due to mobility issues. We would highly recommend this property and will book again!

The unit was not that clean, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The housekeeper never responded to the dirty dishes being placed in the cabinet. The parking is horrible, there should be at least two dictated parking spots to a unit. There was overbooking in scheduling. I paid and booked the unit, and some other people were granted access to the unit at the same time that was reserved for me and my family. The host was kind of dismissive about the situation, which was not cool. DO Better!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Right on the beach and great for daytime retreats from the heat. All the amenities of home and more. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Will definitely book here again!

This is a great condo. Right on the beach and overlooking the glowing heated pool and hot tub. Comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Host is very helpful and responsive.

Property was a great find for a family of 6 really enjoyed the condo as well as the extra amenities. David was more than accommodating helping us through a few issues. Would stay here again.

This condo was very nice and clean. Right on the beach where we could see the sunrise and sunset!! Beautiful!!

Very clean property. Great views. Nice access to the beach. We will stay here again if we return to SPI. I only had two issues: there was not a full set of measuring spoons and cups in the kitchen and there was no way to childproof the cabinets in the kitchen. Other than that the beds were comfortable, having the crib was fantastic, waking up to the beach was amazing. We loved our stay.

A great time was had by all! David was very receptive and responded immediately when the water went off due to city repairs. The place was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

This is a clean updated condo that sure does not disappoint. The only thing I would suggest is to bring oven mittens for use of the oven and a kitchen rag to wipe everything down. There was a sponge for our use to wash dishes but I prefer to use a cloth to wipe down the counter tops, table, etc with a separate dish rag.

Loved the apartment as it was cleaner than i anticipated. didn’t come across any problems and it was very easy to check in

Only thing was that they didn’t leave enough towels and I couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping for more (left a message), but not a big deal. Owner very responsive and we had a great time! Just make sure to bring bottled water- the water on the whole island doesn’t taste great.

Rented this prperty on April 7th-10th for a little Birthday getaway for myself. This property did not disappoint it looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and neat. The location was perfect for scenic walks along the beach or just driving on the island. All of my expectations were met and then some definately will be returning in the future and hopefully this perticular unit will be available..Just Awesome!!
