The stay was awesome and the view was great!

This property blew us away! Its absolutely beautiful super roomy and very comfortable and the VIEW!! Oh my goodness! Its a stunning ocean view! Easy access to the beach too! We will definitely be back to visit! I cant wait till we can go again!

Condo was ok and clean. However, I would not be able to recommend this condo to anyone. The parking places are assigned to each unit. I can understand this being the case for the ones with garages, but why all the others? You are only given one parking pass, so over crowded parking shouldn't be an issue. Over 80% of the spots were open. I bring this up because my assigned parking spot was blocked off by construction. There is no public overnight parking nearby that I could find. So, I was forced to park in a spot with a different unit number as close to the construction area as possible. I had my parking pass in the window. I was still towed even though my assigned parking was clearly blocked off. I was stranded and had to take an Uber about 15 miles to get to the towing company. I explained everything to the towing company and they didn't care. I was forced to pay them $273 to get my truck back that they stole. The towing company has a sign affixed to the side of the condo building. This leads me to believe they have some sort of contract together. I messaged the Vacasa, the company that owns the rental and let them know what happened. They have yet to respond to me. Not even a “sorry to hear that happened to you.” I don’t expect them to pay me back the towing fee, I doubt they will even acknowledge me at all. I just hope they will find a less scummy/shady towing company so this doesn’t happen to the next people.

The apartment was perfectly clean when we entered and the view is beautiful. The management was very responsive and initiated communication a number of times to confirm that everything was good for us. Will look to book this home again.

Great location Weather was chilly, but we enjoyed the heated pool.

We have stayed here before, so we were excited to rebook with our family for Thanksgiving. It had been raining nonstop, in the master bedroom the door leaked, causing all the carpet to be damp but by the door soaking. It has been that way for awhile as the carpet is moldy. There was even water dripping from the ceiling. There was a very musty smell in the master that even the kids noticed. Water pressure is non existent! The master bath shower you are ankle deep before the shower is over. We did call and they said they would send someone out but there was no notice that they had been there and still a drainage problem. We packed a ton of stuff but bummed that we had to go get knives as the ones provide would cut through nothing. It has a beautiful view great pool for the kiddos but no access to the hot tub! It is a beautiful property with great amenities, but there are some big maintenance issues that need to be addressed before we book their again.

This condo is right on the beach with easy beach access. It is perfect for a large family with plenty of beds including comfortable king bed in the master. Outside patio, with plenty of furniture, faces the beach and the amazing morning sunrises. There is a pool on premises as well as great parking. There were no noise issues.

Always super clean…. Beach view is amazing! Our favorite place to stay!

Excellent place to stay

We were very comfortable!!! The apartament as very clean!!!

The only issue we had was we had two cars and wasn’t sure if we could get another pass card so as not to be towed. We called spoke with someone who said they would get back to us and they never did. We did figure it out though. Other than that the place fitted everything we needed to relax, enjoy and enjoy the ocean view..

Nice large accommodation.

It's a nice well decorated.. Had issue with sink faucet. Could not get hot water in kitchen. Master shower had drain issues. The oven door wouldn't close . But would rent again.

The view is amazing !!!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the Seagull Condo. The ocean view was breathtaking and only steps to the beach! Sitting at the balcony, we were able to appreciate and enjoy spectacular sunrises and enjoy the views any time of day. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, and each room was comfy and had its own television, which I think is a plus! The atmosphere was very serene ; no noisy crowds or parties. I will definitely come back and stay at this condo again.

Being so close to a beach access is wonderful. We were able to leave all of our beach stuff in the car and just pull it out on our way. Really handy. The unit has a nice floor plan, great W/D and a good view as well with a great breeze when the outdoor chairs are placed in the right spot. But for the price, the beds are uncomfortable, kitchen has no wine glasses (3 scratchy plastic ones not enough), would be great to have plastic wrap/foil and more that one roll of paper towels.

We loved the condo and all the amenities in the condo. It was perfect size for my family and we especially loved the view from the back porch looking out onto the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Everything was great. Location and walk to beach awesome. Great views and plenty of room. Only issue was Microwave was dirty. Would definitely go again.

The trip was a great experience. The property was not the best we have stayed in on vacation, but it was still quality. The location was the very best for us because we had immediate access to the beach without having to pack up and everyone go all at once. We were able to go when we wanted and view our children playing on the beach from our balcony. One added expense that we didn't expect was ability to purchase a golf cart and drive all around. The kids loved it and it made it much easier to get around than driving our van, but it wasn't cheap. The weather was wonderful. Only negative- add more paper towels and dishwasher pods. They really gave you the bare minimum. Great trip!

This property was absolutely amazing. We were 8 people in our party and had plenty of space. The view was breath taking and the beach was a short walk. Would recommend this property.

Seconds away from the Beach!

This rental looks just as good (better if you ask my wife) in person than it does in the pictures. You just can't beat being beach front with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Full size washer and dryer, comfortable chairs/couches. There were even a few beach chairs and boogie boards on the balcony - which was great since we didn't bring ours. Would stay again!

Great condo right on the water. We loved the view and it was very convenient for our kids to go from the beach to the pool, bathroom or grab some food. We would definitely stay here again.

After our original booking cancelled the day we were headed to Padre, VRBO stepped in and made things right. Process was highly stressful to say the least. The condo was gorgeous and had a great view and we did have a good time.

Great layout, awesome views, and great staff support. I have been to this same property 4 times since August 2018 and plan to make 5 real soon.

The view of the property is the best there is! There are big windows throughout the living space with views of the ocean. You can see it as soon as you open the front door. We really enjoyed the view while cooking, enjoying TV, and sitting outside on the balcony. The furnishings of the home feel a little worn, but they were fine. It felt very beach-y and it had everything we needed for our week stay. The location was perfect for us. We are big Wanna Wanna fans and walking to it from the beach was easy. Our building right in the middle of the beach so all of our go-to places were at an ideal distance

Only reason not a 5 was beds not great and smell coming from master bath was stinky. Maintenance came but smell persisted. Would stay again but check other units first.
